Good To Know: Sci-Fi Block, like all other Nerd Blocks, does not have a monthly theme – but you will know at least a couple of the franchises that will be in the box before it ships.

Each delivery comes with an information card that will detail each item in the box.

Sci-Fi Holiday Sweater Shirt – Value $15?

This month’s shirt pairs Godzilla and an ugly holiday sweater.

Does this bring back memories of Rampage World Tour for anyone else – I loved that game!

Vinimates Masked Predator – Value $10-15 (based on non-variant Vinimate)

This month – we got our second Vinimate exclusive from a Nerd Block (We got a Ghostbuster in the October Nerd Block).

The mask makes this exclusive. The figure itself is a bit awkward as it is always leaning a little bit back. Was that just mine, or is anyone else having that issue?

It’s got some fun detail – It’s going in the collection next to my Ghostbuster!

The last thing to mention is that only the head articulates on this figure. Overall, being a fan of the origin Predator movie, I’m a fan of the item.

Alien Chestburster Pen and Notepad – Value $10?

OK – this is great! This is an exclusive item from Sci-Fi Block – and will best the best coolest notepad you’ll own!

Every Alien fan, or maybe even just everyone, remembers the chestburster scene from the original movie – not you can be reminded of it on your desk, every day!

While it’s maybe not the most practical notepad, it’s just plain fun – it’s even got some good detail on the pen!

The Terminator Hand Oven Mitt – Value $10?

This is the third oven mitt I’ve received in Nerd Block this year – we also received a Zombie hand and a Nintendo Power Glove.

Overall, it’s your basic oven mitt. I really enjoyed the Power Glove version, but that was also the first oven mitt I had received – and with the oven mitt recall from Loot Crate, I’m more skeptical of geeky oven mitts. This is fun, but probably not something I’ll use right now.

X-Files Air Freshener – Value $5?

They include an exclusive air freshener to show off your X-Files fandom in your car.

It’s got both of your favorite agents on a side! Also – it wasn’t super strong, which I appreciate – any time I’ve opened an air freshener from a box, it took over the entire house!

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story Calendar – Value $10 on Amazon

This is the last, and the only non-exclusive item this month.

This is a 16-month calendar for 2017 – and it’ll also get your hyped for Rogue One if you weren’t already!

I’m loving the style of the artwork – I can’t wait for this movie!

Verdict: There were a couple fun items we unboxed this month – none more fun than the Alien notepad! Overall, I’m happy with the box – I like the notepad, shirt, and figure – while the other items are easily handed off or gifted to a friend.

What did you think of the November Sci-Fi Block? Are you picking one up with the Black Friday deal?
