REALLY hoping for full spoilers soon. I already bought it, but I just can’t wait to see what else is in it. I’m loving the box so far.

I’m seriously so excited about this box. Love the necklace and the hat. I can’t wait to see what else is in it. I’m hoping there’s at least one more high value item (like $100ish).

I purchased the Winter Box using the coupon on Nov 23… things were a bit wonky during checkout. The page didn’t move on to a confirmation page or anything. Rather than hit purchase twice, I opened a new browser tab and checked my account. It said there was a new subscription, with an order number and everything! But it still says pending payment and I’ve never received a confirmation email, nor has my credit card been charged :/

I also can’t select a hat color – no option to select color shows up on my account page.

I emailed them on the 24th to ask about this, but no response as of yet.

I’m having the same problem too! I e-mailed them, but no one has gotten back to me.

Turns out my order/payment didn’t process! They got back to me a week after I emailed them, saying that pending orders can’t be processed… so they cancelled my pending subscription. LOL!! Luckily the lady helping me responded quickly when I said I still wanted the box at the discounted rate. I resubscribed and she’s going to refund me the $32. YAY!

That happened to me too but when I go to my account it says “pending” so I think it’s good.

Unfortunately no. I emailed them about it after the first winter spoiler. The only option is to subscribe and then cancel.

They have a gift option, but it still requires you to subscribe and then cancel after the recipient receives their box. So I went ahead and did it, for $67.99 it is an awesome gift for my BFF, it says it will be a ~$400 value. I added a note in my Outlook calendar to cancel on Jan 10! I think she is going to love this.

How long is the coupon good for?

I wasn’t sure about this until I saw the necklace on and then I had to have it. I just got the annual for $299. What a deal, IMO.

Thank you, that’s very helpful! I am still on the fence about this box. I do really like the necklace but not sure how much I’d wear it. I’d love to have it for my husbands office party but it likely won’t be here in time, it’s on the 10th. I like the hat but not sure it’s worth it, still might hold out for more spoilers.

What do you think of the necklace? I am trying to figure out what I can wear it with. It seems like too much for work or casual dress, they showed it with a t-shirt but it just didn’t look right to me. Styling ideas welcome!

I’m a little bummed about the hat – it’s definitely cute… but I seriously already own 3 exactly like it… one of which is from the 90’s, so it must be cycling back into being fashion forward. Bright side, it’ll make a great gift!

There is no “Make My Selection” tab under the My Acct tab (on my end). When I click on My Acct I just get a history of my box charges, and it still says “pending payment” next to the Nov 14 order, even though the charge cleared my acct a whole week ago on Nov 15th! So annoying that there is no customer serv # on the website to actually call and speak w/someone.
