  1. Received shipment notification for the December box (my first LLB!). Have there been any spoilers other than the theme that I’ve missed?

    • Never mind, I think my box is the mystery box for 1st time subscribers. Plus the bonus throw. Still very excited.

  2. I’m excited for this box… I received the shipping email this weekend, and it’s supposed to arrive tomorrow! ???

  3. I haven’t received any email regarding my October box(and yes – I have also checked my spam folder).

    • Me either!

    • I’m glad I’m not the only one who still hasn’t (I also never got the email saying there was a delay- I found out here)!

      • Same for me. I’ve sent an email and a message on facebook. No response yet.

      • I emailed them last week and early this week and never got a response from them. I ordered back in September, my credit card was charged and my account still shows up as unfulfilled. This is my first experience with this company and so far it has been very bad. The worst part is the lack of responses from customer service. I also checked my spam box and it wasn’t there. Is this how they treat everyone or just new subscribers?

  4. I thought this was supposed to be a Christmas/holiday box? I’m so disappointed!

    • I did too, but maybe that was Serendipity?

    • I think it’s the November Serendipity that’s a Christmas box.

  5. LLB sent an email explaining the delay for the Oct box. They had an item for the box that was delayed and completely out of their control. They sent a very nice explanation along with profuse apology. As to the sizing, that is something they have been requesting since before the previous box. Before you get upset with them, consider the possibility that you didn’t properly update the survey. I did it twice, but have received no further requests for another update this month.

    • I had filled out the survey the first time that it was sent out. Why include “prefer not to answer” as a response if it will somehow hold up your box? Those are the two survey questions that I had to re-answer and re-send yesterday. If “prefer not to answer” was not originally a choice then I would have sent sizing the FIRST time. So yes, my survey was totally answered. I had also omitted sizing with Oui Please when I subbed to them because I know that their sizing would not have worked for me– when they sent a clothing item anyway, I would have to gift it.

    • I have the EMAIL CONFIRMATION that I properly filled out the style survey back during the summer. I STILL received the sizing email (which I replied to and filled out the survey one more time) and I STILL HAVE NOT received shipping confirmation. They may have been requesting the sizes for a while now but I now have TWO email confirmations of completing the survey. I can’t do anything if their survey system is screwed up.

      • I also filled out the style survey in September and when I looked at my account, it shows I never filled it out! What a horrible first impression!

  6. I’m sort of new to all of this but I’ve loved the boxes I’ve received from them so far. I didn’t fill out my survey so I had to send them my sizes yesterday. I got the emails about the survey several weeks ago but wasn’t sure why I needed to fill out. Guess I know now. Can’t wait to get this box and can’t wait for December!

  7. i still dont even have shipping for October!

    • Check your email/spam folder. I received an email saying my box had been held because they needed my sizing for a piece of clothing (even though I’ve already filled out the Style Survey). I’ve already filled out the Style Survey twice (one more time because of this). I emailed them back but I guess the October box is now the November box. I’m glad they asked but I’m annoyed that they are just NOW asking for the sizes even with the shipping delay. They had extra time to ask.

      • Agreed. This is getting old.

      • I received the exact same email yesterday and wondered the same thing– why wait until AFTER the Oct. boxes should have shipped to ask for sizing for that box?

      • Exactly! The boxes are always amazing which is why I hate to complain but this extra late shipping could’ve been avoided.

  8. This has me so excited and I don’t even know for sure why! As a theme, it’s pretty vague. As a Dr. Seuss fan, it’s amazing! Oh, I can’t wait!
