The October box is a takeover from the new luxury beauty brand Siam SEAS.
One thing to keep in mind when trying out these products - take the time to slow down, breathe in the products, and let them be a relaxing part of your beauty routine.
Siam SEAS Twilight BeCalm Skin Serum - Value $80
We're off to a good start - this serum alone is worth more than the cost of the box!
This is an indulgent serum, made with all organic and wildcrafted ingredients. It has a lovely natural scent and absorbed almost immediately into my skin, leaving a subtle sheen. (And it made my skin feel super soft!)
Siam SEAS Mekha Cleansing Balm .5 oz Value $30?
(I couldn't find this on the Siam SEAS site yet, so I'm estimating value based on other items.)
Out of all the items in this box, this is by far my favorite scent! The scent is a mix of lemongrass and ginger, and the lemongrass really stands out. (Which is fine by me!)
To use this, you massage a dollop into your skin, let it set for 5-15 minutes, then rinse off with a warm washcloth.
My face cleansing routine is usually under a minute, so this was a welcome and luxiourous change! And it left my skin feeling wonderful, too.
Siam SEAS Elements Balm - .5 oz? Value $47.50
This balm is designed to be used after the cleanser and before the serum. It's the type of balm that melts instantly when touching your skin, so it's easy to apply, and a little goes a long way - this little jar should last me at least a month!
Verdict: The October Boxwalla Green Beauty subscription box has a value of about $150. I think that's a great value for the $49.95 price if you are looking for high-end natural and organic beauty and skincare products. Like Beauty Heroes, this box definitely feels like quality over quantity, and I love it!
