ShoeDazzle Subscription Review + BOGO Offer – October 2016
ShoeDazzle is a monthly shoes, clothing, and accessories subscription service. You can shop their merchandise like normal retail, but they have a VIP subscription that gives you better prices – almost everything is only $39.95 (or less) for VIPs. When you sign up for a membership, you complete a style profile. On the 1st of every month, they release new styles and you can pick any item you want – either from your personal ‘Showroom’ or across the site. You can also skip the month. However, if you don’t pick or skip, you get charged $39.95 store credit to spend any time.
This model is similar to how JustFab, Fabletics and AdoreMe work.

Silva Boots in Black – retail $59.95 (VIP price: $39.95)
Tis the season for boots! Similar to JustFab this month, a lot of styles in my personal showroom were out of stock in my size. So I decided to choose a pair of boots that would be super wearable over the next several months. The heel height is 1″ and they fit true to size, so I have found them to be very comfortable all day on my feet.
I absolutely love the details on this basic boot. The heathered black and gray sweater knit edges the boot circumference…AND the majority of the tongue! This requires a gentle approach to putting the boots on since my first instinct is to tug at the top of the boot, but otherwise, I really like how cozy they look and feel. I also really like the flap that folds over just below the knitting.
I will likely wear these boots for casual outings, but I also like the idea of pairing them with this vintage skirt and crop turtleneck. It’s a bit unexpected but the 70’s meets 90’s vibe is fun!
Verdict: Overall, I am happy with this month’s ShoeDazzle pick. These boots retail for $59.95 and have a VIP price of $39.95, which I think is a good value for the quality and details on this particular pair. I am looking forward to the new styles I’ll discover next month and hope my showroom is better stocked in my size.
What do you think about ShoeDazzle? What did you pick this month?
Can anyone tell me what it’s like to unsubscribe from them? I am thinking about taking the plunge, but if it involves having to call someone and sit through their repeated attempts to get me to stay, I am not sure I want to start the subscription (unsubbing from Fabletics was a huge pain).
A friend of mine was telling me about Shoe Dazzle last night. She mentioned she thought they were owned by the same company that owns JustFab based on a phone call she made to JustFab and the representative mentioned her ShoeDazzle account to her. I was wondering if anyone knew if they were indeed under the same ownership?
JustFab bought ShoeDazzle a while back. 🙂
I have had a credit on my account for over 2 years there! They just aren’t as nice as they used to be BUT I do like these boots! Did it come in other colors?
I’d love to use my credit and cancel the account, finally! 4 years ago I never thought I’d ever cancel them and was buying many pairs and bags. Oh well! Silva is cute and practical tho!
Yep! These boots come in two other colorways: dark brown and Bordeaux/burgundy.
Thanks for the review, always like your stylistic notes 🙂
Thank you!
