This pamphlet included a lot of information about MorpheMe Monthly Brush Club's referral program, point system, member spotlight and the brushes I received. The Black Gunmetal Collection is exclusive to MorpheMe Monthly Brush Club members and won't be sold on the Morphe site. However, I was able to get the each brush price by contacting the chat feature on their website.

This month’s info pamphlet highlights Breast Cancer with their centerfold holding the monthly brushes with the saying “Knock Out Breast Cancer”.

LGM1: Flat Contour - Value $11.99

This flat, short dense synthetic brush was perfect to contour my face and give a sharp, chiseled look.

LGM2: Small Pointed Powder - Value $17.99

This super soft egg shape synthetic brush is great for "baking" my face as well as applying blush and full coverage foundation.

LGM3 Tapered Blending Fluff - Value $8.99

Wow, this synthetic brush packs a punch and has versatile uses, ranging from blending my eye shadows, foundation on my nose, and contouring and highlighting my cupids bow.

I am still learning the various ways to use makeup brushes and these brushes are super soft, dense and gave a perfect color application to my face.

Verdict: I enjoy receiving MorpheMe Monthly Brush Club brushes! This month’s brushes have a value of $38.96, which is good for the $19.99 a month cost. It may seem excessive to have so many brushes, but if you are a dedicated to your make up ritual it’s good to switch out your brushes often and have a variety of brushes.

Great review! That tapered brush is lovely, which one is your favorite?

Small pointed powder(love the egg shape) and the flat contour. The brushes are so soft and dense. I’m really getting into the makeup brushes and how you can have a variety of looks!

I love the look of this one 🙂

I had to cancel this month. I have like 250+ makeup brushes and am running out of room to store them (I don’t like washing them — by having a lot, I don’t have to wash very often). I would’ve liked the tapered blending fluff (I use those for blush). But, would not’ve gotten much use out of a contouring brush. I don’t do contouring because I am so pale.

I was happy with the quality of everything I received while I subscribed, though.

That is totally my argument. I’m not with this club, but I always love receiving a brush from ipsy, Glossybox, or Boxycharm – the more brushes you have, the longer you can go between cleanings!!! And if you need a specific brush and don’t want to pay through the nose – well, that’s why ELF Cosmetics exists.

Haha yep! I am ‘guilty’ of having duplicates and/or multiples of a few brushes I love and use regularly because I hate washing them too, so I can alternate, and can use for different colors, products, etc.
However, because I am trying to watch my budget (aka a severe makeup related no-buy) I finally caved and got one of those solid brush cleaners with the little silicone pad thingy inside (a Beautyblender solid cleanser knockoff I assume) but haven’t had to bust it out yet. That day (or days, plural) is coming though.

Yay.

This might not bother anyone else, but you are *technically* paying more if you prepay (6 months paid each month would be $119.94). I know its just a little bit of change, but usually prepaying is supposed to be a better deal….

You get extra product, not a reduced monthly fee for longer subs. If you look at their website it notes that you get $25 extra in brushes w 6 month sub and $50 extra in brushes with 12- month subs for the prices quoted above.
