Peace & Rock Outfit - Value $45

This is the outfit that I chose this month for my eight-year-old. I chose it because it's kind of funny, but more because he likes shirts that boast of his eating prowess. He loves tacos. This outfit is a size L (8-10), and my son is average height and slender for his age, just to give you some idea of the fit. As usual, the shirt is soft and well-made, and so are the pants. However...

Here's a better look at the shirt. I'm sure you can guess why, as a writer, I am unhappy with this shirt.

Rock On Outfit - Value $45

This outfit is for my ten-year-old, and it's a size XL or 12. He is average for both height and weight for his age. I would say that FabKids clothing definitely runs slim, so you should take that into consideration when subscribing. He loved this month's shirt. I think he might be a future rock star!

Verdict: I am still a big fan of FabKids for play clothes, and I'm gradually coming to accept that play clothes is all they will ever offer. I probably am making a bigger deal out of the misplaced Oxford Comma on my younger son's tee this month than most parents would, but I'm one of those moms that feels like it's really important for everything that children read to be spelled correctly and grammatically correct. Otherwise, the clothes this month were fun, soft, and functional. The value is great as usual with a $90 value for $60.
