Hi Girls,
I sent Rachel (BB CEO) an email and asked about shipping, tracking info, and their holiday box. She replied in less than five minutes. I love how hands-on Rachel is with her business and cruelty free focus.

Rachel’s reply:
“All monthly boxes ship at the end of each month between the 20-25. October’s boxes will start shipping the end of this week and yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number once it ships! ?

I’m trying to get the holiday box figured out still and I want to make sure I have everything squared away with that before opening purchases! I hope to open pre-orders by the end of this month and if so, it will be available in the shop section for anyone to purchase. The plan for those is to ship by or before December 15th to make sure they will be received in time for the holidays. I would also like to get December’s monthly boxes out earlier than usual as well. ”

Does anyone know when this box ships? I signed up a few weeks ago, I think in time to get the October box, but it’s getting to be late October. Has anyone received a shipping notice yet?

i haven’t received shipping or tracking info either. and the website is not very user friendly. this will be my first box. i wonder if they ship late every month. i have already received all my other subs (8 total) except lip monthly, and it’s in transit. on benevolent’s facebook page, it looks like someone posted a picture of their beauty box. so maybe they are in the mail………
