Sadly, I have had a terrible customer service experience from this company and want to warn others about potential issues that they could encounter.
They did not provide log in directions/information for my account. Links in emails are inactive. Their website provides little to no FAQ info or support. I have emailed them (at the provided/appropriate email) 3 times in the last 6 days with no replies.
When I finally found an alternative way to log into my account (I know, it seems so simple, but trust me it’s been a nightmare), my account page showed a “box” order and a tracking number – but NO shipping date and no info on the shipping provider. Since the tracking number was not set up as a “link,” I have no way of finding out who is delivering this shipment or when it might arrive.
I have emailed the company AGAIN to ask about this, but sadly I do not expect any timely reply. Does anyone have any advice / experience to share about this company? I cancelled my account. i just want to get what I paid for and be done with this 🙁
