All the cards came wrapped in a clear protective sleeve. We all received a note from Pennie Post that says this month’s theme is, “Freshly Picked”. It also tells you the name of each card included in the package. And just like last month, all of the cards are blank inside.

Fresh Leaves – Thinking of You/ Sympathy – Greeting Card – $4.00

I love the realistic painted leaves on this card. The quality of the dealing is exceptional. They paired the stark white card with a cardboard envelope and I think it works well.  It makes it much less formal.

Watercolor Watermelon – Birthday Card – $4.00

I don’t know how Pennie Post makes their cards, but this one seriously looks handmade. I think this card is perfect for any summer birthday or a young girl during any season. It’s super cute!

Tomato – Note Cards – 1ea – Value $2.25

On the Pennie Post website, these sell in a set of six or a single. I like the characters and the single note on it’s own, but I don’t know exactly what I would do with a set of six? Maybe invite a group of friends to a dinner? I’m not sure.

Palm in Vases – Letterpress Card – $5.00

This was my least favorite card this month. Probably because it’s super plain. I’m not sure if I want to leave it the way it came or dress it up with a brush marker and watercolors. I haven’t decided yet. It’s beautiful though!

Verdict: Pennie Post had an estimated retail value over $15.00. The value is above the cost of the subscription and I really loved the designs this month. All the cards fit in with the “Freshly Picked” theme and were appropriate for a variety of occasions.
