Nerd Block Jr. has just recently started including information cards that list out the contents, and I am so pleased! Sometimes with the geek boxes, it’s hard to tell what something is!

On the left is a $10 coupon for Shirt Punch, and on the back is a portion of a picture. The object of this coupon game is to collect all ten portions of the picture and make a set. If you collect all ten, you get a $100 shirt punch gift card! On the right is a little card announcing the opening of the Nerd Block Shop on October 22! Cool!

Raving Rabbids Travel in Time Limited Edition Figurine – Value $6.95

This is one of six possible Raving Rabbids figurines subscribers might have received this month. I think the boys are happy with the cowboy! He does look crazy, doesn’t he?

Star Wars Battle Matching Game – Value $7.72

My kids totally love Star Wars! This game is kind of a dud for them, though, to be honest. It’s a matching game, which I think they’ve outgrown, but the twist is that you can battle your matches by flipping the tokens. It’s all cardboard and chintzy, and the box fell apart immediately, so none of us were too impressed by this game. Younger subscribers may be more interested.

Mega Man Plush – Value $12.99

It’s Mega Man! My eight-year-old still totally loves plushies, but he didn’t like this guy. He thought he looked strange and not enough like the actual character. I thought his plush-enhanced features made him extra cute, so I gave him to my little nephew.

Marvel Avengers Age of Ultron Figure Set – Value $8.05

Both of my boys, ages 8 and 10, are huge Avengers fans, and they love this little set! The figures are pretty small, but they are plenty big enough for imaginative play. Win!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Minimate – Value $7.78

It’s Donatello! My ten-year-old collects all things TMNT, so this was an easy win for him.

Lately, Nerd Block Jr. has been including these spoiler cards for the next month’s box. Looks like it will be another great one!

Verdict: My sons love Nerd Block Jr. for Boys! This month we had a couple of misses, but also some definite wins. That’s the way it goes sometimes, and everything will go to good use anyway. The value of everything adds up to about $44, which is fantastic for a $20 box! Awesome!
