I signed up for Julep a few days ago and had an issue with using the COLOR8 code so I contacted customer service and we went back and forth over the code I used vs the COLOR8 code that did not work. Anyway, I ended up paying $24.99 for the COLOR8 but, I am ok with that.

Today in the mail a very large box arrived from Julep, I was so excited! Opened the box and there was a ton of shred a Konjac sponge, Julep eyeshadow and one nail polish in the big box and a welcome box that had nothing in it but 3 postcards including one for 50% off my next purchase.

Does anyone know if there should have been anything in this box? Were the 3 items my box for September or October? The packing slip only had the 3 items that were in the big box and the “Welcome Box”

I am just a little confused.

Does anyone know if the Cocoa Cabana Mystery Duo is makeup or polish?

The mystery duos/trios are pretty much always polish.

I don’t think it matters if you skipped this month. At least it didn’t for me. I skipped this month and I just placed a secret store order (and used the september10 code).

The coupon codes don’t work on my order :/

I’d give them a call. Their customer service is great.

I signed up to be a Maven back in June with their 12 nail polish gift and my last month of the three was September. I made my selections for October – checked numerous times to make sure I’d be subscribed monthly from here on out. There was no indication I’d be charged for three months again – when I made my box selections and add-ons I was given a total of $34.94.

Yesterday $74.94 was drawn from my account. I was pretty upset about it but gave myself a day to cool off and I intend on calling them out on it tonight.

I have every intention of continuing with my Maven subscription (I even cancelled my Allure Beauty Box to make up room in my budget), but I have to admit it took me two years of regularly purchasing their products and mystery boxes to finally take the jump to be a Maven because I didn’t want to deal with crap like this.

Of course I’ve been waiting on pins and needles for the Secret Store. I just can’t quit you Julep!!
