I finally got my box. Box was shipped out on September 3rd and tracking showed it made it to the USPS in Florida on September 6th near to where I live. After that it appears to have disappeared. Tracking still shows as being in the hands of the USPS for the last 2 weeks. I contacted customer service and they shipped out another box which arrived today after only 3 days of transit. Great customer service they responded to my email within a day and had new shipment sent out same day.

This is my 2nd box with Beauty Fix and this is my favorite sub of all my boxes.
Being older (turn 53 next week) I like the subs which lean more to skin care products.
While some of the samples are tiny (the bar of soap in this box is so tiny it boarders on adorable) others are quite generous. In this box the Nia 24 is full size and the Lift lab is a full oz. So with these 2 products I am satisfied and consider the rest as just a bonus.

It’s full size but I wished there was something that was atkeast 1 oz lol maybe I’m just use to bigger stuff from glossy n the buy one get one deal lol. The box felt so light and one item. Looked open there was product in the jane cap

I finally got mine today, after getting a shipping “notification” on 9/1! There are some decent things, but I am disappointed with the size of most of the items. I know the Nia product makes up for the value…. it might help if they shipped in more than one size box so it didn’t look so empty on months like this! ha. This was my first month actually having it as a sub and not just buying it one-off for $35 so we’ll see. I probably wouldn’t have gone for this box on its own if I’d known the sizes beforehand. High hopes for next month!

I have been trying to sign up to start getting this box but it’s saying September is not available. Does anyone know if I’m doing something wrong? I’m dumping birchbox and moving on to beauty fix!

Veronica

I had to call customer service to get mine.

I used the link on this site and it worked! I don’t know what I was doing wrong. Thanks ladies. I’m also on the Sephora play waiting list but who knows how long that will take…

Subs were open about 10 days ago, I was on a waiting list (just like I am for Sephora Play). I was able to get in on the BeautyFix sub this month and my box will be here today. No word yet that subs are open on Play. My guess is they are already fully subbed for this month.

I just checked. I went to Dermstore.com, searched Beautyfix, scrolled to the bottom of the page and picked monthly. It added it to my cart and took me to the checkout page. It seems to be working.

Veronica

I just got my first box. I love it . The bar of soap cracks me up.

I got my box today and here I found the size of each product:

-Treatment Catalyst by Nia 24—-full size, 0.5oz
-Smooth Affair Facial Primer and Brightener by jane iredale—-tiny sample, 0.24oz
-PURIFY + CLARIFY™ Daily Cleanser, Detox Mask and Gentle Exfoliant by LIFTLAB Skin Rejuvenation—-tiny sample, 1oz
-Enhance Brightening Complex by Glytone—-super tiny sample, 0.1oz
-FlashPatch Lip Gels by patchology—-one packette
-Phelityl Cleansing Bar by Erno Laszlo, super tiny sample, maybe 0.17oz?
-Spectral.LASH – Eyelash Stimulator by DS Laboratories—-full size, 0.1oz
-Rose Gold Curved Tweezer by Danielle Creations

I have to admit that the Jane Iredale primer and Glytone cream look so small and very disappointing! But with the full sized Nia24, DS Lab Eyelash stimulator (they even put their lab results in the package, so cute!) and the tweezer, I can see the value. Still a much worthy box, if you consider those tiny samples as bonus (that’s what I do).

The Purify cleanser-mask is hardly what I consider to be a tiny sample. It looks to be travel sized at least. The soap is of course ridiculous and is also a repeat product from last summer (2015), just a slightly different version but the same micro size. The Glytone sample is also ridiculously small. Personally I’m tired of getting hair growth products, be it for head hair, brows or eyelashes. It feels like I joined a secret branch of “hair club for men.” They have sent hair growth serums, hair thickeners for thinning hair, brow serums, eyelash serums and even a dupe for Rogaine. I fully expected to see a toupee next. These seem to be products unlikely to go away and since hair growth products often comprise a significant portion of the box’s value, the value isn’t there for me any longer. And as a more trivial matter, I don’t care for their tracking system that forces you to log on to the site just to check shipment status. Considering how glacial slow their chosen method of shipment is (13 days en route this month) perhaps they deliberately make it extra inconvenient to track.

Let me speak for all of us that have gone thru cancer and other illnesses that take hair ,eyelashes, and eyebrows away that you are one of the rudest mean people I’ve read a remark from.I was really excited to try the lash serum ,why because my lashes never really came back after two years of treatment for stage three cancer .But that’s ok because I’m alive. Please think of other people’s feelings before posting such rude remarks it doesn’t feel nice to read them .Have a nice day and unsubscribe to beauty fix.P.S it’s ok not to like an item it’s not ok to make fun of people or make them feel bad

Courtney

Thanks for taking the time to share the product specs. Helped me to make my final decision. ? I’m gonna pass this month.

I think the Purify + Clarify 1 oz (30ml) is a very generous sample size, the soap on the other hand is so tiny, it’s cute! This is my first BeautyFix box and I can certainly see a whole lot of bang for the buck! Over $125.00 in retail value for $25.00…thats what makes an awesome sub box!

Can’t wait

Mary

Is it me, or does this look like mostly sample and travel size? Though if that NIA is really full size, that’s worth way over what the box price is, way way over

Michelle

I got my box today, the Noa24 Is full size! Very nice! A couple of the things are quite small samples yes, but, I’m still working on figuring out the value here, but it’s already over $140! I’m happy with the box!!

Reply ButtonReply

Mary

Wow – I’m so glad to hear that the Nia24 is full size! Okay, that makes the box worth it!

Cat

Am I the only one here who wants to just steal Mark? Just have Mark do the whole video.

Khaleesi

Agreed, please just ship him in my box! He’s adorable 🙂

Liz,
I find myself on this site for hours every day , You have done an awesome job with the site! Now I need a my subscription addiction anonymous. ?

nana

Darn! This box looked so good before, when it seemed that it might include full size products. Now that’s all tiny samples, it’s another thing altogether.

Reply ButtonReply

nana

That said, I’m excited about the Nia product. Yes, I could use it to regenerate my heavily sun-damaged, aging facial skin. But what would the fun of it be?

Nope, I’m going to use it to surreptiously find out who among my family and friends is really crazy (and I have my theories!). You see, I found out while looking up niacin last year, that creams with niacin make normal people flush when applied. BUT, it doesn’t have that effect on people that suffer schizophrenia.

I’ll try it on myself first, of course 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

Veronica

I love it , now I’m going to test that theory too. I hope it’s a big sample.

Veronica

This is my first beauty fix box and I’m so excited!

Reply ButtonReply

Toni

Some of the samples are small but I’ve found that beauty fix items have always been wonderful for me .The last video I watched with these two they seemed very awkward but they were very fun this time.?

Reply ButtonReply

Kp

I’ve seen the primer somewhere as .24 oz. On eBay

Reply ButtonReply

Cindy

Disappointed the lip, product is one use. Light still get it for the NIA product, though. Can’t decide.

As usual, awesome box that will introduce me to new products I didn’t think I need. ? they are both super cute and Mark looks like the kind of friend who would bring you wine if you’d had a tough day.

Wendy

I love their videos, so fun and funny!

Thanks Liz for the preview of September’s box. I do not have the subscription (yet) and I purchase month-to-month for the boxes I like. I am going to pass on this September box. I do not need any of the products in it.

They are now. You just need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.

Heather Walden

A few links in the post are broke and the site still shows August as current box and sold out.

Reply ButtonReply

Katherine

Hi Heather. The links seem to be working now ?

I saw on the video that the bar soap was teeny tiny! I love Beautyfix, but that one is a joke. Hope the rest of the products work out better – which they look like they will.

Reply ButtonReply

Kristin

The full size bar of soap is $45. I have received in other subs and it is small but it does allow you to see how well it will work for you.

Reply ButtonReply

Christy

It looks about the same size as the Clinique samples used to be and those used to last me for at least a month. That’ll last plenty long enough to see if you like it or not.

BONNY ADAMS

I’m happy : ) looks like a great variety of useful items, at least for me.

Reply ButtonReply

Jennifer

The things I was interested in look to be small samples. I will be waiting until I know what size the nia24 product is.

Reply ButtonReply

Brandi

I watched the unboxing video DermStore put up and they said the Nia 24 was full size!

Reply ButtonReply

Jennifer

Oh thanks!!!

Luna

That’s pretty good! The full size retails for $75, but is on sale at Space NK for $35. I was planning on purchasing it, along with other products, to get their Autumn Edit GWP bag of goodies coming out this week. I may have to reconsider that. For the same price I may just purchase the box, and get the other stuff for “free”. 🙂 but those other products aren’t really calling out to me, so I’ll be pondering it for another couple of days.

Melissa

Only one of the lip gels it looks like. That’s gonna disappoint some people. Also, that cleansing bar looks really small next to everything else. But those tweezers. Definitely looking forward to those. The rose gold is gorgeous.
