Loot Gaming is themed for every delivery. Typically, you can expect to hear about the upcoming theme shortly after the boxes ship around the 27th or each month. August's theme was 'Mecha'.

Each month also includes an information booklet - or the Game Manual as they call it. Inside, you'll find exclusive interviews and information about each item in the box.

Lastly, each month always includes a themed pin - here's a look at the Mecha theme pin for August.
One of my favorite parts about unboxing Loot Crate boxes is figuring out what the inverted box looks like - this month's box was great!

It inverts into a little walkway into a weapons room, probably for your Dues Ex figure (you'll see this later in the review).

Destiny Shirt - Value $15?
How great is this exclusive shirt? For me, it's one of the best yet from Loot Gaming. I was into Destiny for a while when it first came out - I loved playing with a couple of friends, but I kind of trailed off with the number of amazing games available. This shirt shows off the 3 different classes of character in the game - Hunter, Titan, and Warlock.

Dues Ex Adam Jenson Figure - Value $15-20?
The next item is an exclusive Dues Ex figure! The latest installment, Mankind Divided, is getting great reviews! My problem is that my gaming backlog is simply overflowing!

Here's a 360 of the figure! It's an official Square Enix figure, too!

Borderlands Claptrap Bottle Opener - Value $10-15?
The next exclusive item features Claptrap from Borderlands! This is a chrome silver bottle opener.

It's got magnets on the reverse side so you can attach it to your refrigerator for future use.

I love the design. It's bigger than a credit card and has some weight to it - so it feels rugged. It was a great idea to magnetize it - especially because of its size.

Lawbreakers Snapback Hat - Value $15-20?
This is an exclusive twill hat featuring Lawbreakers. I'm not familiar with the game - but it's a shooter in an alternate future where the moon was destroyed - that sounds pretty crazy already. Can anyone recommend this game?

The back has the logo on it as well. Expect any hat from a subscription box to be a snap back hat - I have yet to see a stretch-fit hat since these probably fit a wide array of subscribers than anything else.

Big Daddy Patch - Value $5-10?
The final item in the box is a Big Daddy patch from Bioshock. It's larger than normal patches, coming in over 5 inches tall!
Verdict: I thought this was a great month for Loot Gaming. Tons of cool, exclusive, items this month - including one of their best shirts yet. Between the shirt, bottle opener, and figure - I was set! Everything else was icing on the cake. I am a bit surprised that this subscription doesn't have in-game bonus loot yet (the core Loot Crate off digital loot with your pin), and I wonder if that's coming in the future - if so, that will add some great value to the boxes. Fingers crossed.
