They have AMAZING customer service. I just called them and spoke with Christina and she was so helpful and pleasant to talk with!! I subbed and so excited! This was such a great code and I love this box!!

I once tried to sign up for a deal with them and missed entering the promo code before clicking the submit button. I emailed them within minutes of signing up asking if they would apply the coupon, and I never received any communication from them beyond the auto reply that my message had been received. Hopefully your experience will be different from mine.

Same here, only I didn’t see the spot to put the code in. Also, I chose three months and it charged me for 6 months! I immediately emailed them about the code and the extra 3 months charge and I haven’t received a response.
