Donna, I knew I’d put my foot in my mouth. I hope I didn’t offend. I am never articulate when I try to be. It just bothered me when I read the coupon code and only for the men’s box. My kiddos watched the olympics and we discussed how strong women and men were and much hard work and determination and and education goes into being an athlete. I have a boy and girl and want them both to know they can be anything they want to be regardless of male/female. This code just kind of rubbed me wrong. Sort of like a you throw like a girl comment. Ummm some of the best, most accurate pitchers are women. Teamusa should apply to women too!

100% agree – and also, women won more medals than men this year! Women won 61 medals while men only won 55! I understand that the men’s subscription is $20 vs. the women’s is $10, but then just say half off for both, since they’re offering the equivalent of $10 off of the men’s sub. Ugh. Very irritating and yes, absolutely rubs me the wrong way too. Esp. since I was thinking of resubbing to the women’s sub today but there’s no coupons for that.

I been with BB since they first started, I probably only saw maybe one discount for renewing subscribers and that was a Black Friday promotion.

Okay, I know I am going to come across ultra feminine which I am not a feminist (yes I believe in equal opportunity across the board and everyone can be anything they want to be with hard work…the mother in me talking) …I know my foot will be in my mouth as I can not verbalize how I am thinking here, but wow this seemed sexist especially considering USA won the most medals of all countries and of the medals won, Women won more! I think or more so wish this coupon applied to either box. Also the men’s box is $20.00 not $10. I personally seem to be making typos all day today as well 🙂
