I always liked Birchbox but their customer service has gotten terrible! I emailed them several days ago and they still haven’t responded. Does anyone have their telephone number? They used to have a chat person on the website, however, I no longer see it.

I just logged into my account and saw where add ons get double points. I kept trying to figure out the advantage of adding on products. I guess that’s at least one. I wish you could get a free gift with a certain amount of add ons or something else that would make me really want to add on. I also wish they had more exclusive items in the add ons or better discounts. I feel like free shipping isn’t helping anyone but them since I am an ACE and get shipping free all the time. So they need to make it worth our while!

Where did you read that add-one earn double points? I looked all over and couldn’t find it. That may be enough incentive to convince me to activate my subscription again.

I received an email in mid-August stating I would receive 2x points on add-ons. Interestingly, only one of my Ace accounts received the email, but the other didn’t (both have active subscriptions). Doesn’t matter, since I don’t plan on doing add-ons this month.
