  1. Not excited, I hope there are more items of interest, the last few boxes have not thrilled me.

    • Hello, I received an email regarding changes to WWB (resulting from consumer feedback ) will send bi-monthly , pricing adjustments , opt out options ect ..I did not see any grandfather clauses for their pricing.

      • There doesn’t appear to be any grandfathered pricing savings. What bothers me is that they will continue the plans monthly (until you run out) for some and go every other month for others. Does this mean the monthly boxes received on the off months are not curated? I’ve got 3 months to go so I’ll see what happens and decide then.

        In the meantime I’ll keep waiting for that July box that got caught in the Fed EX return and only got shipped on Tuesday. I may get August before July.

        As for the new terms this is an excerpt from my email:

        What happens to the active 3, 6 and 12-month plans?

        We are honoring all existing and active 3, 6 and 12-month subscriptions. Therefore, you will continue to receive your boxes monthly as per usual until your subscription ends. At that point, you will be renewed automatically into a new bi-monthly plan instead. While we hope that you will continue subscribing with us on a bi-monthly basis, we completely understand and respect your decision if you no longer wish to renew into this new schedule and plan, and you can opt out by logging into your account and unsubscribing at end of term.

        What happens to the active monthly plans?

        For those of you enrolled in our monthly subscription plan, your August box will be your last monthly box under our current model. Your active subscription will be renewed on July 25th, and this will be your new subscription renewal date. You will receive a box every other month at our new rate and be billed bi-monthly accordingly, with the first box being in October. Again, while we hope that you will continue subscribing with us on a bi-monthly basis, we completely understand and respect your decision if you no longer wish to renew with us, and you can opt out by logging into your account and unsubscribing prior to July 24th.

        • Ok , so that’s what happened to the July box. Mine is still pending from what I can tell…I have also only been charged the original / prior to the increased shipping amount , perhaps that will continue! I am /was onthe month to month plan

  2. I’m not loving it, hopefully someone else will. I was disappointed in last month’s box so I am hopeful for July. Please don’t disappoint, White Willow!
