prettify-jul-card

prettify-jul-card-2

This lovely thank-you card was included. With the purchase of this box, a headband is donated to a child with cancer at St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in San Francisco.

prettify-jul-info

The back of the card had all the information about the package contents on it.

prettify-jul-clip

Multi-color Flower Clip - Listed value $16

This is the only item in the box that I didn't really like, and it's honestly just not my style. It's well-made though, and pretty for what it is.

prettify-jul-headband

Teal Brain by Headbands of Hope - Value $12

This headband is very pretty, and I love these colors together. I tried this on and it felt fine, but I always have that problem of sliding headbands. I hope this one stays put!

prettify-jul-gold

Shiny Gold Hair Tie - Listed value $10

This hair tie was handmade in India with resin crystal and beads woven in cotton. This officially makes it the fanciest hair tie I own! This is super shiny and really stands out against my dark hair. I love it!

prettify-jul-crystal

Swarovski Crystal Bobby Pins - Listed Value $6

I love the big crystals on these! They look super bling-y in my hair! These might be my favorite items in the box!

prettify-jul-bows

These bobby pins were added as a bonus, along with these tiny bows on their cards. I can always use more bobby pins!

Verdict: I think this was a great inaugural box from Prettify Box! I liked almost all the pieces I received, and I'm sure I'll find someone who will love the flower clip. The value of everything adds up to about $44, which is pretty good for a $35 box! Nice job, Prettify Box!

Cool idea for a box! Use those bobby pins to secure the headband so it won’t slide.

For real- the first thing that popped into my head when looking at the photo of the multi-flower hair clip is that it would be gorgeous in the back of hair like yours! I hope you experiment with it because I think it would look amazing & you’d get a ton of compliments.
