mini-mystery-jul-info

This was the info letter that came in the package. This month, 11 people received a BABADIO 6-Axis Gyro RC Drone with Wi-Fi Camera With Real Time Video Transmission in their package! Next month at least 20 people will receive a 3D Virtual Headset in the mini box. That's so cool! There's also a coupon code for 20% off at 13deals.com.

This month, they also included a coupon offering freebies in exchange for sharing deals on social media.

mini-mystery-jul-balloons

Magic Balloons - Value $2

I think this is probably going to be a ton of fun whenever we decide it's time for a water balloon fight. I hope they work!

mini-mystery-jul-fire

Big Fire Color Packets - Value about $4

The best thing about these packets of colorful chemicals is the suggestion that they could be used for romance. That completely cracks me up! I feel like I need to do a little research and see if this fire color additive is safe. If so, the kids would probably get a kick out of it at our next campfire.

mini-mystery-jul-slicer

Vegetti Spiral Slicer - Value $9.99

This is a cool little zucchini spiralizer, but I already have a couple of different "zoodlers", so I think I will pass this one along to my brother. I like that it comes with a recipe guide.

Verdict: This month's Mini Mystery Box by Jamminbutter was kind of a disappointment. I think in general I like the Mini Mystery Box by Jamminbutter less than the regular. The value of everything totals about $16, which is fine for a $10 box, but not nearly as much as I've come to expect with this subscription. I hope next month's package is better.

Instead of the fire things (which I would have liked!) I got an empty Sriracha2Go bottle/clip thing. Which I will probably fill with lotion or something instead. Ha.

I was a littler underwhelmed. I ordered this because I liked what I’ve seen from the MysteryBox (and I am a sucker for mystery box/bags). I also used the extra 20% discount to order some things I had been wanting (portioned leftover containers), figured 20% and free shipping was enticing.

While I LIKE the stuff in the big box better, its probably better I don’t have more ‘junk’ laying around.

I got the bottle clip thing as well, I’m happy I didn’t receive the fire things we never would have used them.

The balloons work awesome!!! My daughter took them to her friends house and they read directions and put them in a bucket, it’s so cool she put it on instagram haha.

I love this box and am signing up for the bigger box next month in addition to this box. For me this is a great box to save gifts for birthdays and the holidays of the things I don’t like. My friend wants to try the slicer thing, she cooks more “weird” stuff than I do, so I may give it to her, not sure yet, lol. Can’t wait til next month!!!

Those fire color packets are always a huge hit with kids. My husband and I will always bring up packets to share with the family (that has like 7 kids) that we camp with during the Fourth of July holiday.

All you have to do is dump them right from the packet, you don’t have to hold the dust or anything, and IMO an adult should be pouring them into the fire anyway. I believe the majority of the dust is copper so definitely safe (although I probably would avoid roasting mallows or weenies with color treated fire!) haha Super fun!

I just ordered one of these today. Since you’ve gotten these a few times now, do you know if I will be receiving the July shipment or the August shipment?

I got the slicer the tea infuser and a monkey slingshot that makes monkey noises. That was random.

I just spent $15 on those balloons at Toys R Us! Then i got home and my “box” was there with them inside. Headed back to Toys R Us tomorrow to return the ones i bought. Got something i wanted and saved me money! As a result, i loved this month 🙂 Instead of the fire packets i got a Kikkerland Queen Elizabeth Tea Infusers lol VERY random!
