I’m confused. The title says eyelash curler, but the text says Roller Lash mascara. Which is it?

I jumped ship too. Pass! No more Birchbox. I too had an issue last week and had to go thru 2 reps for a solution. Their customer service use to be spot on now not as much. Done.

My box this month didn’t have a pattern on it. A generic box and empty coola primer. Did a live chat. After 2 attempts with two different people it’s was resolved. They’re sending a replacement box. The first representative pretty much said I choice the mascara and that’s what I get. The second representative is sending out another box with the Correct pattern.

The desperation continues… Instead of disgruntled employees leaking national security secrets to the press and endangering us, I’d love to see a leak of how many subscribers Birchbox lost since the points announcement last month. I was one of those who jumped ship.
