Prospurly June 2016 Boxes Delayed + Bonus Item

Prospurly has announced that the June boxes are delayed BUT they’ll be sending a free bonus item to make up for it!
Here are the details from Prospuly:

“Over the weekend, during final shipment of one of our items, our shipping provider speared the shipment with a forklift.

Here’s what we’re doing:

  • We’ve expedited the replacement, so all boxes will be shipped by Wednesday of this week.
  • Box packing is still underway & tracking will still be generated
  • Everyone will receive a bonus item in July’s box. That’s right –  for the hiccup, you’ll receive an extra item, potentially from one of our past boxes!

We’re so sorry for the delay and how this may affect some of your renewal schedules. But rest assured – your June box will arrive within 1-2 days of your renewal for July.”

  1. Perfect example of just telling customers what happened and illustrating that if you’re human with your customer base about what happened, they will understand that life doesn’t go smoothly all the time.

  2. Wow! Many other boxes don’t bother even to give info box will be late,let alone gift! That’s how you treat customers!

  3. Very much appreciate the honesty and the free gift is a nice touch. Things happen that are beyond anyone’s control. It’s how it’s handled that makes a difference. Well done Prospurly.The only thing I’m bummed about is I will be on vacation when my box arrives. But it will be a nice surprise to come home too!!

  4. I’m getting the June box but not the July box, so I guess I don’t get the bonus item for my delayed box. ?

  5. Well done Prospurly!! I don’t sub to this box, but there are several other subs that should take note of how to handle an issue like this. The free gift is nice, but the main issue is let us know what’s going on!!!
