There is still another thousand dollars that they’re not showing yet Hmmmm what could it be? And overpriced piece of jewelry? And overpriced serving tray? Or maybe it’s in overpriced set of champagne flutes! Or all of the above. ????

Sorry I voice texted that one and sent it without looking at it LOL

I just pulled the trigger. Sigh. I saw that the backpack could be converted to a cross-body or top handle bag and I needed a high quality work bag. I’m a professor and like to having something nice but not briefcase like to carry papers to class and work.

I am now going to take a xanax because I just dropped a student loan payment on a mystery box.

I cannot find it pictured anywhere as a crossbody! Can you post a link?

I love the quality of the backpack; the leathers, stitching, and hardware look stunning on the Blackwood site. I’m practically drooling.

However, the new square box craze is really a revamp of the WWs, Korean War, etc. rucksacks carried by various, US and other military personnel. A strange idea and shape for a woman’s bag.

I avoid backpacks altogether because I don’t like the idea of a stranger easily getting into something I’d have to constantly put on and take off to gain access. 8

If Mr. Blackwood would’ve created a feminine crossbody or satchel using the same materials, I’d sign up, as the Luxur seems to offer what I would expect in a Black box.

The pouch is nice. I have 3-4 in my bag at a time to keep everything organized and easy to locate. I use good quality leathers. No Ipsy bags please.

If the right hero item and my allowance aligned perfectly with the stars one day, I’d love to try this box.

The pouch should be lined with gold to be worth than much, lol. I’m kinda meh now, I was expecting something really cool that was sold out everywhere.

I am so upset. I wanted to get this box but my Social Security check does not arrive until the 3rd of the month………………………………………………..LOL

Like, really? Everyone who is into subscription boxes has way more pouches than they could ever use. (Along with water bottles and black eyeliner. lol) We all know this. For $650, you need to DO BETTER, Luxor Box. Good grief.

I saw some of the backpacks on the swap site already. I don’t know how I could justify to myself to purchased at such a high cost if I didn’t like the highest value item. Something like this is way out of my league anyway so I can’t wait to see what the entire contents look like!

Well this box isn’t getting any better.

I just thanked my husband for telling me to wait for more spoilers before I ordered.

Oh my, that is really pretty, but I don’t need another pouch (thanks to my many, many subs) and I would never spend $600 plus bucks on a mystery sub box. I definitely can’t justify spending that kind of money to my spouse. She is already generous enough by indulging me regularly with my addiction and the amount that I spend on swap shipping.

Anna

Stephanie, that is so cool that she’s indulgent and understanding. I feel bad when I read about people who have to hide their boxes from their spouses, that stinks! So far, there is nothing in this box that I would pay $150 for, let alone over $600.

This box seem over inflated. Luxor is not offering much variety with the boxes, its either Brandon Blackwood, Jules Smith, 1951 (don’t get me wrong nice bags, just don’t understand the hype about them). I just received the summer box, very nice, except it had 3 Jules Smith items. The best box so far that they have put out was their very first box and this past Holiday 2015. As far as a $600 mystery box with only 2 clues, they better put a divorce attorney in there for me. I will be surprised if this box sells out. The pouch would not tip me over the edge for this box! #spoilers

lo

Had I not bought multiples of practically every mystery box announced on this site for the last month, I would buy this box. The backpack and pouch look pretty versatile and classic.

Cheree

It’s pretty. ..

I’ll be spending four days in an ocean front hotel in August for that much money!

And something seems off about giving a bag AND a pouch. Lack of variety IMO.

Kristin

Never would I spend that much on a box!! I could go on a nice Vacation for that!! Not to mention everything is too small & wayyyyyyy Overated!

Laura

There is NO WAY I can spend $650 on a box. ESPECIALLY a mystery box. I had a hard time paying $225 for the CFDA Box but that one turned out great. It was also still available after full spoilers came out. That’s why I bought it. If there is anything in this box I “have to have” I will try to swap for it or buy on ebay, but so far I don’t want either item they have shown. Sorry to be so negative I am just stunned they expect anyone to spend $650 on mystery items.

Ann

Oh Dear Lord. I didn’t even look at the price. Wow, I hope that everyone that orders is happy, but way too rich for my blood. I was mad about a $150 box that wasn’t up to snuff, I can’t imagine the rage I would have it I spent that amount of money on a box I ended up being disappointed with.

Rain

They’re very pretty but how many pouches can a person use???

Reply ButtonReply

Jen

Exactly. How on early do people use pouches except to separate things in their purse or suitcase? If they had a wristlet or strap it would be one thing, but just a pouch itself = not very useful.

I’m sure this box will turn out to be great. At least that’s what I’m telling myself considering I just dropped $600 on it, but at least I do like backpacks and I’ll be getting the $800 Brandon Blackwood so that’s a plus.

This must be geared toward the younger generation. At 53, I can’t see me toting a backpack. Be interesting to see what else is included.

holly

I’m 49 and carry a really cute Gucci backpack with pink painted flowers on it..LOL

Reply ButtonReply

Sara

My cousin is around 55 and she carried a little backpack for a long time that was cute. Just different preferences for different people.

Reply ButtonReply

Ann

Please don’t think I was putting anyone down who does carry one…from age 1 to 101. 🙂 Thinking about it, I just realized that for some reason, I think that the rainbow hair I’ve been seeing on the net is perfectly ok for this old lady! LOL! So you are correct, I guess it’s just a matter of preference…or I could just be nutz. 😀

Victoria

I’m 24, and it’s not my style either lol.

...

The pouches are cute and I would love to get one in a box. Just not this box.

Reply ButtonReply

Tamara

This seems like something I should see in the regular Luxor Box.

Also, I already have a bagilion pouches, thanks to sub boxes.

Carol Pickersgill

Really? This would NOT be what would tip me over the edge to hit the “order” button…. And this is the “limited edition/sold out” item in previous spoiler. All I can say is “no”.
