Love this sub. Best Japanese candy box. I’m spending $30/mo. on junk food, but it’s soooo worth it.

Just letting you know the coupon code does not work =( I tried to subscribe finally now that I see a coupon, but it says it doesn’t apply to anything in my cart, which is a crate subscription..

I wish we would have stuck with Japan Crate. Someone convinced me to try Tokyo Treat and the first two boxes were great but the third one arrived full of melted snacks and when I took pics of me opening them and showing they were melted, I got offered 3 extra snacks if I stayed on…I said no, then they offered 5 extra snacks or $10 refund out of the $35 I paid. After I asked to get a full refund or speak to a supervisor, they BLOCKED me from Facebook so I couldn’t post about it!! They’re deleting and blocking any negative reviews. I had to email them 3 more times and go onto Twitter asking why they blocked me before I got an email saying all they will do is give me a partial refund of $10. Worst company EVER. We’ll go back to Japan Crate
