I signed up for Birchbox this month and used the code for the Pixi eyeshadow palette and they did not send it to me with my box. I emailed Birchbox and they said it was not longer available and could not offer me a substitute. Sad…I have been getting Birchbox since it started and I am a ACE and they can’t help me.

Used all my points but 7 on 2 Swell bottles. I am an ACE and had to call in for both orders to not be charged for the shipping. So disappointed in how all this has happened. Their customer service team has been wonderful although they are slammed now. I did not want to wait. Too many good people and changes happening too fast for my comfort.
Glad I had saved points up.

ARGHGHGHG I just placed a $150 order the day before this. I have an elephant like this and I love it. That bunny is cute.

July sample choice options are now live on the birchbox website

Don’t wait too long to use up your points! I cancelled one of my two subscriptions and tried to use up my points but one of the two items I ordered ended up being out of stock and what does Birchbox do?! They refunded my purchase in POINTS! Now I’m getting one bottle of shampoo without the conditioner and I’ve got more points to use up. Just an FYI – if it says in stock on the site, it may not really be in stock.

Beware your purchases with points. I bought $35 of stuff, used $10 in points and paid for the rest with my card. A $5 item was damaged and my mystery sample pack had 1 item instead of 2. They didn’t sent replacements for either but gave me points for the mystery sample pack and $3.90 credit back to my card and 11 points for my $5 item, so now I’m stuck with $6.10 in points ( which I can’t buy anything with without paying shipping and have to wait until July to even use) when I spent $25 out of pocket to try to use up my $10 in points. BB, you are far from the company you were just a week ago.

Also have the bunny from Birchbox in chrome and it’s adorable. Just as shiny as the day it arrived and very useful bedside before using hand lotion or next to the bathroom sink where “she” currently resides. 🙂 Makes a fantastic gift.

Has anyone noticed any weird bugs on their site recently? I was checking out and their regular ground shipping $5 (I’m Aces and was placing a $50+ order so it should have been free), while their 2-day air shipping option was $0.00 (usually $15). But I placed the order on Friday and it’s yet to be shipped so I guess the 2-day shipping is ending up like regular shipping? I kind of feel badly for all the problems they’ve been having recently 🙁

I tried these codes yesterday with $50+ of stuff and neither worked then so super ymmv. I was able to redeem on the sunglasses gwp. too bad, I wanted these more. but my stuff shipped already.

Mollie Chen announced her leaving (on Instagram). Another change and another loss. Birchbox definitely looks to be in trouble.

I had no problems redeeming points last week. I had 576, used 500 and my remaining 76 are still on my account. I also spoke to CS and found them very friendly and helpful.

I’m waiting for Birchbox to let us redeem our points by the singles rather than by the 100’s. Do we have to wait until July for that?

Amanda

I believe so. I’m waiting until July to place my order.

I have the chrome bunny ring holder from a subscription box ages ago and it’s super adorable. It’s also held up really well and looks like new.

I think you have to wait to use them in increments other than 100. I cashed out mine the other day but had to let about 42 of them go because I was afraid to wait until July after some people in the comments here were having trouble with redemptions.
