This month’s theme is “The Divine Within.” Also, on the right is some info about their monthly giveaway: Every month, Yogi surprise sends one subscriber to a yoga retreat somewhere awesome!

This is the info card that was included, detailing the items in this month’s package.

Yogi Surprise also includes a sequence card every month that suggests a yoga sequence to go along with the month and the theme. This sequence is all about opening your heart, both spiritually and physically.

This month, Yogi Surprise included two coupons. The top coupon is for $1 off any ACURE item. The bottom coupon is for 30% off a full-size Refining Sugar Cleanser on

Energy Muse Chakra Healing Stones – Value $19.99

I’ve received this exact set of crystals in a subscription box before, and I just love them! So convenient! Convenience is something I never really think about when it comes to spirituality, but the reality of the situation is that no working Mom has an infinite amount of time to meditate! I have a good friend who shares my love of crystals that I will pass these along to.

Sola Bar Wholesome Savory Meal Bar Jalapeño – Value $2

I love almost anything involving jalapeños, and this bar has only 1 gram of sugar, plus loads of whole ingredients. It’s a winner!

Ancient Grains ‘Made in Nature’ Cuban Mojo – Value $3.99

I am also a huge fan of mojo and most other Cuban cuisine. I’m not a huge fan of processed foods, but this dish is bursting with loads of wholesome ingredients, plus it’s organic. I can’t wait to try it!

MitoSynergy 8-Day Rejuvenation Pack – $35

I couldn’t find this exact product online, so I am using the listed value and linking to a similar product by the same company. I have been looking for a good green tea supplement, and this seems to be a really intense, upscale one. I’m so glad this was included this month! I could seriously use the energy boost!

Himalayan Institute Eco Travel Neti Pot – Value $11.95

I’ve never used a neti pot before, but I’ve always been curious. This box came in May, and I’m sure much of the country is awash in pollen right now, but our pollen season is over. I will definitely give it a try during the next allergy or cold season. This little neti pot is also super cool because it is travel size, biodegradable, BPA-free, and made of corn polymers!

ACURE Organics Lip Lush (No Strings) – Value $10.63

I have a ton of lip glosses from subscription boxes, but I’m moving toward an all organic and natural beauty regimen, so I was happy to receive this. It has a slight dark pink sheen and a nice lip feel.

Bayberry Naturals Rosehip & Hibiscus Moisturizer (sample) – Value $2

Since this is a sample, I’m going with the value listed on the card; the link will take you to the full-sized product. Everything I wrote above about lip gloss is also true for moisturizer! I’m happy to have the chance to sample this moisturizer, which is 86% organic and 100% vegan.

MyChelle Refining Sugar Cleanser – Value $7

As this is also a sample, I’m going with the value listed on the card; the link is to the full-size product. This is a great little exfoliator, and fortified with some good anti-aging ingredients.

Verdict: This was a fabulous month to be a Yogi Surprise subscriber! With the exception of the crystals, I will use everything in this box, and more importantly, I’m excited to use everything in this box! The value of all the items this month totals about $93, which is phenomenal for the $45 purchase price!

  1. I loved this month’s box! Great mix of items, and I love having a travel size neti pot as I do travel a lot. Loved the stones as I don’t buy things like this on my own. I also love how unique the food items are. Again, really great mix. This is my favorite subscription box company by far.

  2. Sadly, I also sent a request to cancel my subscription. I am disappointed with the number of food and dietary supplement products received the last couple of months. This is supposed to be a lifestyle sub; there are plenty of nutrition and supplement subs if that is what I wanted. Furthermore, I feel misled by the claim that this box contains “full-size” products. The last two months have included far too many samples. And I agree with Ragan, this sub is really stretching the yoga theme. Too bad, I wanted to like this one.

  3. I am sorry, but there is no way those stones are worth $19.99. I would estimate the are worth more like $4.99. I cancelled my subscription after receiving this box. I did not like all of the food products the last few months.

  4. Neti pots are way messy and you have to tilt your head all funny for them to work with gravity. I do saline nasal rinses every day (I am allergic to cats…) but I use a NeilMed sinus rinse instead. Much easier and quicker.

I am pretty sure I have that cleanser in full size from somewhere else. Maybe GoodeBox (I was subscribed awhile ago) or Yuzen? I quit this sub after last month and I am not really regretting it. Other than the tumbled stones, it is all about natural/organic health and beauty and has little to do with yoga any longer. (If you stretch, I guess the neti pot is from Ayurveda which is related.)

    • The full size cleanser was in the Spring Yuzen! I love it! I’ve been using it daily for exfoliation but can get a gentler clean by letting the sugar dissolve a bit more before scrubbing. I like the sinus rinse as well, much easier to use the squeeze bottle than an actual neti pot.
