Lovely Candy Co. Fudgee Roll - Retail value listed $2

This is a lot like Tootsie Rolls, and so of course my kids devoured them instantly! I'm not 100% sure how these are related to yoga or the divine within, but I guess they're slightly less bad for you than regular candy, so I'm happy.

yogi-surprise-jewelry-may-mala

'Balance' Sandalwood, Pearl, and Amazonite Mala - Retail value listed $120

I'm starting to amass a fairly mighty collection of malas, so I've been passing some along to people from my yoga class. This one is pretty special, though, so I'm thinking I will keep it. I don't think I have any sandalwood jewelry! It's great for bridging the gap between the mental and the spiritual.

'I Am Healed' Labradorite & Jade Bracelet - Retail value listed $35

I have a lot of similar bracelets already, but the cool thing about this one is the labradorite. It's luminescent! It's also a protective stone.

Verdict: So far I am really enjoying my subscription to Yogi Surprise Jewelry! I am sort of ready for the yoga jewelry subscriptions to move past the stretch bracelets, but I love my new mala! I don't know if the retail values listed are really great indicators of the value, but the items I received are definitely worth the $25 subscription cost to me.

This a shot in the dark, but hoping someone can help me out.

Hi, I know this is a bit off the wall however I’m going to put this out to the universe and see what happens. Regarding a bracelet from the Yogi Surprise May 2016 jewelry box.

I received the 2016 Yogi Surprise Jewelry box from a friend, specifically the friend thought I’d benefit from the labradorite bracelet as I had lost my dad, stepmother, aunt and my dog was battling cancer. Well I wore that bracelet a lot and then less and less, however I would always wear it when I traveled. Recently I meet someone who told me that when a stone, crystal or gem had served its purpose in your life you should pass the object onto someone in need. On Aug 15 I took a trip and while I was waiting for my plane I struck up a conversation with a stranger, it became apparent to me that the person would benefit from the labradorite bracelet and I gave it to them. Well at first it felt really good, in fact for my entire trip I felt good about giving the bracelet away. Then I got back to LA and suddenly my world was out of balance, many small things changed in a bad way. (YES I know this sounds weird) Now I’ve been back in LA for a week and things continue to be not in sync so the only thing I can think is it wasn’t time for me to give away the bracelet. I contacted Yogi Surprise in hopes of purchasing another bracelet and they claimed they no longer offer that bracelet. So now I’m reaching out to bloggers and reviewers who might have one they would be willing to sell to me. This has to be the strangest thing I’ve ever done, actually can’t believe I have such an attachment to this bracelet. Lesson learned is if I feel inclined to give away an object in the future I really need to think it over for 24 hours and then decide if that’s the best thing for me to do. Anyway where I’m going with this is I’m wondering if anyone who purchased this box would be willing to sell the labradorite bracelet. Again this has to be the strangest thing I’ve ever done, and as I type this I can’t believe I’m actually posting this for the world to see…

This box looks amazing. I’ve been thinking about cancelling my peaches and petals sub for a while now, and I am officially cancelling it right now to sub to this instead.

Thanks for all the great reviews, Anna! I couldn’t make these difficult decisions without you guys 😉

How is the peaches and petals? I signed up but realized I was going to get the May box and they allowed me to cancel and told me to sign up sometime after the 16th so I could have the June box. lol I cancelled a couple subs and picked up LuxePineapple which I got today and was so bad it’s not funny. So SO SOO bad. lol
Just wanna make sure that the peaches one is worth a shot.

I enjoyed it, I just don’t think it’s for me. It’s a cute and fun box, but I feel like it’s too similar to things I already buy myself, so I would only be really excited about one of the items. I don’t regret having tried it for a few months though 🙂

Soooo glad the snack is not dark chocolate! Love the labradorite bracelet!

I also joined for the mala spoiler which was beautiful and worth the cost of the box to me. I had forgot how it would also smell good too with the sandalwood. Those fudgee rolls are being slowly devoured by me and my three year old and I liked the bracelet too. The only thing that stuck out to me about the bracelet was the one bead on the bracelet I got being a much darker color like the one above. Im not sure if it is intentional or not but my ocd keeps looking at it even though I still think the bracelet is gorgeous overall. Im interested to see how this box compares to the buddhibox jewelry sub as I didnt have spoilers on that one but still ordered it. I went nuts with the past boxes sale too as I didnt have any of the previous months but for $20 and the bracelets and necklaces being genuine stones it seemed worth it to me. Id pay more shopping clearance at a mall for the same type of necklaces and bracelets.

I joined due to the mala spoiler, so gorgeous. The bracelet is really pretty too. this month’s bracelet fit my wrists perfectly, and i think i have smallish wrists (measured my fitbit band, ~6″)
I ordered a few of the previous months jewelry boxes during the sale, i hope the bracelets aren’t as large as i’ve been reading in the comments.

Is it too late to get this months box?

A while ago suggestions were made about the size of the bracelets being to large for many people. Yet nothing has changed. I canceled my sub because many of the stretch bracelets are huge on a standard size wrist. The stones are pretty.

As far as regifting…Only if the person has a larger sized wrist, or wants to re string the bracelet completely, or use it as anklet. They do swap well, yet after a while swapping gets tiresome.

I totally love stretch bracelets especially to wear to yoga. I love reading what the different gemstones are known for. And they are very easy to gift or swap.

I kind of miss getting malas and that one is pretty. But I have an entire tie rack full of them. I agree with you about the stretch bracelets, which is one reason why I unsubscribed from this. I do wear the ones I have fairly often, though.
