I received the upgraded box (my last one since I switched to standard) and wow! It was packed full of stuff! The funny thing is that it came with a lumbar support pillow for the car…so I’m not sure what I’m going to do with two of them, since I don’t need lumbar support anyway LOL.
Still loving this box! It is easily my favorite because the items are random and interesting, and almost always useful.

I tried to sign up for this box today. I got the error message below. I tried 3 times. I know my card is fine so I called the credit card company. She said the transaction is fine on their end, it is the “Daily Deal” website that is kicking it back. She tried to call them with me on the line, the phone number she has for that company is disconnected. If it is this hard to purchase items I can only imagine how hard it is to cancel a subscription!
Invalid Account : The transaction was declined. Please use a different card, contact your bank, or contact support.

I would contact their CS to find out what’s going on. I had trouble switching from the upgraded box to the standard box. It was kind of complicated to make that switch (had to cancel upgraded first and then resubscribe) BUT the actual cancellation wasn’t hard at all. You can do it straight from your account screen. CS was very helpful and prompt when I had the issue.

I have been using Chrome. I tried 2 different computers, it still didn’t work.
Funny I am TRYING to give them money and they won’t take it. Oh well, I guess it isn’t meant to be. I contacted their customer service thru chat. Here was the conversation.

→Four times now I have tried to sign up for the sub box. Each time it tells me something is wrong with my credit card. Nothing is wrong with my card. I called Capital One and they said it is on your end. This is very frustrating.
→I mentioned my issue on mysubscriptionaddiction forum and someone else posted they had the same issue
→She said to use Chrome instead of IE. I am using Chrome.

→No, I only own one credit card. It is something with the website. Capital One showed on their end I tried 4 times and 4 times it went thru as billing $0
→You may want to let someone know that people are trying to sign up and the website isn’t working properly

moriah: I am emailing our tech system to see what is going on.

→I see, it is a Capital One Visa. Can I call in and sign up?
moriah: It will probably have the same issue because we just walk through the steps that you would do online.

I received My may box yesterday. I was thrilled with all of the items. The box was huge! It was open, but Im assuming nothing was missing. I receive the standard box.

A very nice( heavy duty) grill set, a bright and big grill light, wine napkins, a very large glass cutting board ( ET), a tablet lap pillow and storage case( fits 2 tablet sizes, blue with white clouds), a double sided cereal bowl ( large and keeps cereal fro. Getting soggy). A large pack of Iron Man( shiny) wall decals, these are great quality. A hello fresh card. A 20% off code for That Daily Deal’s website.

Me too, I am thrilled with the box but a few items am swapping because I can’t use them although I do think I could use them as gifts.

Whenever I see these reviews or spoiler posts I see the first two words “STAY REGULAR” I always think there’s going to be fiber in the boxes. I’m sure I’m alone. lol

I guess if you eat the box, it counts as fiber. (Nyx ate most of a box once. It did not turn out well.)
