Pizza Slice Necklace

Pizza Slice Bracelet

Pizza Slice Earrings

What a cute matching set! I don’t have pierced ears and may gift this set to a pizza-loving friend. The quality of these pieces are decent, but I do see the necklace has some darker spots that may or may not be intentional. It’s been mentioned before, but I really appreciate that the set is wearable for more than just TMNT fans such as pizza fans, funky jewelry fans, etc. It makes the pieces more accessible to all subscribers if you’re not familiar with the fandom that month.

Exclusive 4×6 TMNT Art Print

This is the monthly themed art print. As always, I adore the watercolor style artwork!

TMNT Magnet Set

I love cutesy stuff like this. The chibi TMNT magnet set is going on my fridge.

TMNT Lanyard

Lanyards are great. I’m still in the habit of carrying lanyards from my college days. This is a wide sturdy one with Ninja Turtles on it.

Kal-Elle TMNT Ring

This is a handmade ring. It’s actually huge! The band is also adjustable. It’s more suitable for my little sister so I’ll pass it along to her.

Doodlebugs & Daydreams TMNT Hair Clip – $2.50

Another piece that I’ll gift to my sister! This is an adorable hair clip. It’s made with felt and the clasp doesn’t have ridges so it won’t scratch your scalp. I think this is perfect for the little ones.

A closer look at the TMNT ring.

Verdict: This was another solid month from Kal-Elle Fandom Monthly! I am not big on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle but it’s a relevant fandom since the new movie comes out next month (Also, has anyone watched the trailers? I think the animation falls way deep into the uncanny valley…). I won’t do an estimate on these pieces, but you’re paying an average of $2.81 per item when accounting for shipping. The pieces included are worth the price of subscription for me. The things that I won’t wear will be eagerly gifted to others, so it’s still a win in my book.

Additionally, Kal-Elle has kindly shared that next month’s fandom will be Doctor Who! I’m SO excited!

What do you think of this month’s Kal-Elle Fandom Monthly? Are you excited for Doctor Who?

  1. While cute, this month probably would have been a miss for me. But I’m super intrigued by next month’s Doctor Who!
