  1. I got tracking for the May box today!
Has anyone else received theirs? This is the first time I’ve had tracking before seeing full spoilers. I almost missed the email, it was so unexpected.
    5.1lbs. in weight.

    • Me too! Tracking, but no spoilers! Eek! But i should get my box tomorrow ?

      • Can’t wait to hear!

  2. I admit I said WTF at first to this product too, but after looking into it I am totally excited! Allergies have been insane here in Florida, and eucalyptus is hands down one of my favorite essential oils, so I am very excited to give this a try! Plus, the value is that of one of their mid-priced items for each box, so I am excited to see what the higher value items will be. I love the theme for this month and am very excited to see the box-especially since I missed the Target fitness box this year! Crossing my fingers for an infuser bottle, although I doubt they’ll send one since it was in the Target box.

  3. Does anyone know when the Summer LE box goes on sale?

  4. If anyone wants this, I would bet there will be 453 up for swap in about 10 minutes.

  5. Easy skip this month (bonus since I signed up for Sephora and Allure) but kinda bummed. I actually really liked how last month’s box was curated even if most people weren’t fans. Wish they’d put out more spoilers ahead of the billing date though, they always seem to be way behind other boxes for that.

  6. I canceled after my 6 months is up. This is a product I can make myself…and have. I am sure many don’t have essential oils, but a quick Facebook request, and people will crawl out the woodwork to make you some to sell their EOs will happen. Tho, I am sure I will still use this. I just haven’t seen a lot of unique products lately. I get this box as a “something I wouldn’t buy for myself but would love to have” sub. It’s mostly been overpriced gold costume jewelry, makeup and other items that are very subjective. It would be nice if there was a little personalization at least….like fabFitFun did in letting us pick the shade of makeup in the last box. Just my opinion, tho.

  7. When I find scents that I love for bedtime relaxation but I don’t want to spray my face or pillows, I spray my inner wrist. I find that when I curl up in my usual comfy position, anything sprayed on my wrist or inner arm is nice without being at all overpowering or staining my pillows or breaking out my skin.

  8. I always try to post positive feedback on here… but I sub to Goodebeing and Yogi Surprise. .. so this is an underwhelming item for me…..
So very sorry for the neg comment on here…??
I sooo wanted to like this item…. but I have failed….

    • Yogi Surprise has waaaaay too much of these types of products (oils). That’s why I cancelled my subscription with them πŸ™ I really don’t need another one of these in my PS box, but at least the proceeds go to animal rescue…

  9. I like the idea of using it either on linens or on my feet. I use face sprays, especially in the heat or after working out, but prefer unscented ones or lightly scented ones.

  10. I’m excited for this! I used to have a pulse point cream from Origins that was peppermint and eucalyptus and LOVED the way it smelled; hoping this is similar. In addition to a facial mist I can see using this as a linen spray (as someone else mentioned) a room spray, or just spraying some in my hands to and inhaling to de-stress throughout the day.

  11. I so love that a portion of the sale in these go to animal rescue!!! I hope I love it so I can buy more!! I love when companies donate to animal rescue/ different charities…Like Amazon with its campaign….. It makes shopping so much more fun!!!! =D So hopefully, this becomes my new facial mist!

  12. Warning for those with Rosacea: mint (including peppermint) can aggravate Rosacea. Out of coincidence I was reading about Rosacea today (a new study came out linking Rosacea to dimentia so I hit up Google) and stumbled across this kernel of wisdom about mint being bad for Rosacea.

    • As is other ingredients listed here too. I will react to this. It’s a swap for me!

  13. I’ve gotten the chance to smell this/test this out at a yoga festival last summer and it was so hard to walk away from it because it smelled wonderful… But the price kept me away. I’m so happy it’s in next month’s box! I will be happily swapping for more from people who don’t want theirs πŸ˜€

  14. This is an open forum… Start your own if you want to restrict people who share opinions with which you don’t agree.

  15. I’m sorry these comments bother you, but I come here to see ALL opinions about a box, not just the positive. I also hope these companies read these boards to get a sense of how people are feeling and why they may sub or cancel. If these comments are coming up over and over again, then maybe something is wrong with the box, not the people who purchase them.

    • That’s an excellent point, Adele. I would imagine if sub companies are smart cookies, they appoint a person to monitor boards like this and social media to get the pulse of the people.

  16. Peppermint is fantastic on your feet!!! Super refreshing, especially while traveling!! πŸ™‚

  17. My first thought here was “No. You cannot possibly be serious.” I have zero use for facial mists. (Maybe if I didn’t both have oily skin and live in a subtropical climate…)

But using it as a linen spray sounds like a possibly good idea. As long as the oils don’t discolor the fabric or anything.

Btw, peppermint is a tricky ingredient for your face. Some find it really beneficial and for others it really irritating. So use at your own risk, I guess.

  18. I love eucalyptus and peppermint. Super relaxing spa scents. I may not spray it on my face, but this would be a great body refresher. I love that it helps animals.

  19. It says to avoid contact with eyes when spraying on the face. I’m the idiot who’s always getting hairspray in her eyes. Maybe using it as a linen spray is a better idea. ?

    • That’s exactly what I came here to say. I was literally thinking “maybe if I hold a washcloth over my eyes?”… but I’ll stick with using it as a linen spray.
I will say that I’m happy about this one! I love stuff like this!

      • There you go – Tawnie just suggested spraying it on our feet. Such a great idea! And pretty far away from the eyes.

      • I have this spritz and it’s so refreshing to spray on your face in the summer, just close your eyes and spray haha no need to put a wash cloth over your eyes. Nothing toxic is in it either. I’ll be scooping up all your trades for whoever puts it up.

  20. This will be great to spray on my yoga mat.

  21. I’ve gotten several face spritzers from sub boxes and have not used one, ever. I feel like they are a silly scam that will soon fade from the stores. I mean, just buy a $1 atomizer or spray bottle from Target and fill with water. Done. But then, I also laughed at high-priced coffeehouses like Starbucks and said to my hubby, “Oh please, who’s gonna fall for that?” So yeah, I’ve been wrong before. πŸ˜€

    • I actually love these types of products. Most are moisturizing, like toners, etc. It is the first thing I do when I get out of the shower – it keeps my face from feeling overly dry and tight until I get my serum on. You should give it a try. It is really refreshing and good for your skin.

      • I love the Skin House Aloe Water Mist. It feels so good on my face and smells wonderful. Whenever I would get a facial they would always spray something on my face and I thought it was great. Now that I found the aloe mist, I’m hooked.

      • Yeah, maybe I’m missing something. Like I said, I’m often wrong. πŸ™‚ I’ll give one a try soon! Part of the mystery is: when to use it? I use lotion or serum after shower or face washing, but I guess I could try a mist first. I just never think of it. I need to put it on my vanity front and center (after shoving the other two hundred products to make room, heh heh….ahem.)

  22. I’m diggin this spoiler, it sounds refreshing and I love the scents of mint and eucalyptus!!! Plus it goes great with the theme…excited to receive my box!!

  23. I’m really excited about this. It’s exactly the sort of this I was hoping for. You know, if you’re not comfortable spraying it on your face it sounds like it would make a great linen spray! You can just spray a little on your pillow before laying down.

    • Great idea!! I might have to try that!!!

  24. Swap please. It is getting harder and harder justifying this box.

    • I agree, loved the first two boxes I received but was really disappointed with April, I’ll give it another month or two then decide if Popsugar is for me.

  25. I love it. I wouldn’t purchase this for myself, but would welcome it as a gift… which is what subscription boxes are for, right? πŸ™‚

Besides, the spoilers last month were dumb, but we ended up getting the Farmacy moisturizer, which I love and is higher value than either the cookbook or the hand cream. So I doubt this will be the highest value item in the box.

    • I’m with you! This is something I’ll enjoy having, but wouldn’t have bought on my own. I love essential oils and I’m a huge fan of peppermint.

I also agree about the Farmacy moisturizer from last month. I love that stuff and will totally buy some when this jar runs out (which may not be for a long time)!

  26. Yessssssss!! No lie, I was hoping for something like this! Popsugar seriously just gets me, it’s bizarre. Love this! <3

    • Oh yeah – and I LOVE the packaging!

  27. So happy this is not tempting to me at all! My last box was April and I’m going to really try and not sub again (unless I can’t resist the spoiler…)

  28. Hmmm…it may be “amazing while traveling,” but 3.4 oz won’t get through TSA!

    • Laurie, 3.4 oz is the upper limit of what is allowed. The TSA should let this through πŸ™‚

      • Yep. The “3-1-1” thing they tell people is just for simplicity’s sake. The real limit is 100ml (3.4 oz), so this is just fine for traveling!

Although my liquid bag is already jam packed as it is every trip I take… lol Not sure I’d be bringing this anyway with space as coveted as it is for carry-ons.

    • 3.4 oz = 100 ml which is TSA approved.

    • Oh good – clearly I thought the limit was 3 oz. πŸ™‚

      • You’re not alone. I’m a super frequent flyer and though the limit was 3 oz as well. That’s actually the main reason why I sub, I LOVE all the travel size items, more than I do the full size ones. Plus, it’s fun to come back from a work trip and have “presents” waiting on my front porch.

  29. I think it’s a strange spoiler, I’m not a fan of eucalyptus or peppermint scents. I certainly wouldn’t want to spray it in my face. I understand a facial mist to hydrate skin, but not this. I live in a normal humid climate and whenever I go to Colorado my skin is soooooooooo dry. I use moisturizer and facial mists like they’re going out of stlye.

    • That’s such a great idea. I saw this and was kind of bummed because “zen” isn’t really my game, but my face gets SO DRY and I live in a dry-ish place (and work in in a desert of an office!). Thanks for redeeming this spoiler πŸ™‚

    • my sister lives outside of San Fran and has an outdoor hot pool with eucalyptus trees around it and when the steam rises and mixes with the leaves it really makes you feel refreshed! i’m not a huge fan of the minty scent either but it really does help you feel revived!

  30. Makes me want co cancel. Kinda boring personally and I don’t think I’d make good use out of it. I do like that they give money to help animals!

  31. Nice! I get sub boxes for things that I wouldn’t purchase for myself, surprises, and the discovery of things I didn’t know existed. This hits the mark! Plus, I LOVE essential oils and the fact that this company supports animal rescues! Win! Win!

  32. Will make canceling after May easier.

  33. At first, I was like HOW IS THIS A SPOILER ITEM. Then I Googled it. And then I was like HOW IS THIS $25???
Aside from the fact that I’m absolutely never going to spray eucalyptus or peppermint directly into my face, I’ve seen similar products for less per ounce.

    • I’m with you, talk about irritation, which can damage the skin! I canceled Popsugar after December and have only been buying the boxes I like, so far February and March. If this is the big item for the box, looks like I will be skipping May as well.

      • I canceled my subscription too. Remember the days of the cool umbrellas and lunch boxes? Those were the best. Actual, usable items. Sigh.

  34. What to do? I had talked myself into cancelling after I was disappointed with April, but facial sprays/toners/spritzes are kryptonite for me. I love using them and find they do make a huge difference for me throughout the day. Decisions, decisions!

    • Darla, I suspect there will be plenty to choose from on the swap site. I know mine will be there!

  35. I saw on their website (Happy Spritz) that a portion of proceeds from their sales goes to animal rescue, so I like that!

    • I LOVE that, I was going to cancel until I saw that!

      • Ditto here. Was going to cancel, but now I think I’ll take the May box based on this spoiler and the fact that they donate to animal welfare.

    • I like that too!!
I’m really excited for this spoiler actually. Hopefully there’s a discount code bc I’d love to try some other products from them too.
