I’m annoyed that there are no women’s size shirts. I still caved and I’m hoping a men’s XS fits ok. ?

This is actually really disappointing to me, to have all the female characters lumped together in one box just because they’re female. Previous boxes that focused on multiple characters were still themed, like Guardians of the Galaxy or Secret Wars. How am I supposed to know if I even want this box or not when I have no idea who will be featured?
I’d be overjoyed for a Captain Marvel box (her fans are called the Carol Corps, which, hello, the Collector Corps is missing out on a golden opportunity here!). Or a box focused on any ONE of numerous female characters. This feels like a throwaway box, and a waste of my time.

I hate that CC is following suit with the rest of Marvel and disassociating themselves with the X-Men just because Fox holds their movie rights. Apocalypse comes out out the same time as this box and will be the first big Marvel movie that they aren’t doing a box alongside its release. Even the Xmen comics have been watered down to nothing due to their spat with Fox.

It has to do with licensing. Funko has a deal with Marvel for the Collector Corps boxes. Fox owns the X-Men movie characters, so they can’t make a box for it. If you look, there aren’t any Pops of the movie versions of the X-Men characters because they don’t have a licensing deal with Fox for them.
