This was Eucopia's third package, and the theme was Ceramics! It was sent to subscribers last month, but I just got mine yesterday. Sometimes bloggers have to wait until all the subscribers get what they need first! This is the little passport they send every month with stickers from this month's product origin countries.
This is the inside of the information booklet (pictured above in the box). Eucopia does a great job of telling the whole story of where and how your pieces were made, and why they were selected for the box.
This the reverse side of the information booklet, showing our products and their countries of origin on the map of Europe. Bulgaria! How exotic!
Tiki Mugs by Porcelanas Pavon - Value ???
Check out these cool tiki mugs! They were made by Porcelanas Pavon in Toledo, Spain! It's a long way from the Pacific Islands, but they're really beautiful and well-crafted. I did find their store online, but I couldn't find these mugs, or any of their mugs, for sale anywhere, so I have no idea what the values are. I saw one ended listing on ebay for a mug that the seller was asking $61, but it didn't sell, so who knows.
Sugar Bowl by DID Keramoplast - Value ???
Wow, if I thought finding Spanish Tiki mugs online was hard, I had no idea what I was in for trying to find Bulgarian pottery! It's nothing short of amazing that I even found their website. This sugar bowl is absolutely gorgeous! It did arrive with a tiny chip in the rim, but that's no big deal, we can seal it easily. Just look at those beautiful saturated colors just melting into each other! This is my new favorite piece of home decor!
Verdict: I loved this month's Eucopia! I'm a little curious about what seems to be a delay between "monthly" shipments... I received their second box in January and this one in April, and I think they were shipped to subscribers in December and March respectively, so that is definitely not monthly. Did they take a break? In any case, I love everything they sent me this month, and although I don't know the actual retail values of the items, I would have happily paid $50 or more for these three items. If you love European decor and discovering different, exotic designers, I think you would love Eucopia, too!
