Design By Humans Collector's Box Review April 2016 - all items

I was excited to review this subscription. Every one in a while I'll go on a binge and buy shirts from online stores like Threadless - so when Liz showed me this subscription, I was dying to try it out.

Design By Humans Collector's Box Review April 2016 - card

Each month is themed. This box has a Cosmic theme. The card has a bit more detail on each print, as well.

Design By Humans Collector's Box Review April 2016 - stickers

They include a sticker of each shirt design as well. These are a flexible, vinyl-like sticker. They're as high-quality as a sticker can get.

Fourscore Shirt - Value $24?

I basing values for these items on the other shirts available in their store. Each item is a bit more valuable, though since you can only receive these prints through the subscription.

My first shirt is from the designer, Fourscore. I absolutely love this one (spoiler alert, I love both shirts). Check out all the other designs by Fourscore as well, it's making me want to go on a spending spree.

Robson Borges Shirt - Value $24?

This is major spending spree worthy stuff to me! I absolutely love the design of the shirt, and the other art in his collection.

Verdict: This is a near perfect subscription box for me. I love these types of clothing stores where its designs are driven by the community - so getting a subscription box for them is near perfect for me. The shirts are usually a bit higher price from these places, but you're getting something unique, so I've never felt cheated - and at this price you're saving money on both designs. I should also mention that the shirts are very high quality themselves. Soft and tagless - I threw one on right away. Each design you'll receive is limited edition to the box as well, which makes them extra unique I'm really excited to see where this one goes and I'll be a lifetime subscriber along the way!

Is anyone else getting a major Bioshock vibe from the second shirt design?
That is so cool!

This is cool. I love these designs. I prefer 50% poly/50% cotton blends. Can you tell me the material? Tagless is a huge plus for me. Is there anything I should know about sizing? Thanks for reviewing this box, it is the type I am interested in.

Eric

These are 100% cotton shirts. Sizing seems like it runs true to size, I had no issue with the sizing – it was what I expected.
