This is the info card that was included, detailing the items in this month’s package.

This is all of the other inserts that were included this month. In the upper right is the yoga sequence that goes along with this month’s theme, “Creating Space.” Clockwise from there are some coupons for Simply7 chips, a coupon for Better Life cleaning products, and a coupon / recipe for Pranayums Spice Shots.

Simply7 Lentil Chips – Value $2.78

I’ve tried these before thanks to subscription boxes. They’re a good alternative to chips when you want something crunchy and salty.

Pranayums Daily Super Spice Shots – Value $9.99

This is interesting! These are daily packets of spices that you take with liquid to get the spices’ health benefits. Spices included are “organic turmeric, organic black pepper, organic cardamom, organic ginger, organic cinnamon, organic licorice root and other spices.” Yogi Surprise has included a seven shot starter pack, and I think I’ll have to try this. I’m intrigued!

Better Life Stain and Odor Eliminator – Value $3

I couldn’t find this size for sale online, so I’m using the value that was printed on the info card. I’m always interested in trying new laundry products such as this. With little boys and pets, there’s no shortage of stains or odors at my house!

Derma E Microdermabrasion Scrub – Value $19.58

I have pretty sensitive skin, but I have never had a problem with Derma E products before. I’m excited to try this out! I was happy to see it in my box!

Taylor’s Oil Pulling Herbal Rinse – Value $9.95

I have wanted to try oil pulling for a year or so now, but I’m always a little afraid of it for some reason. This is exactly what I needed to give me that little nudge.

Healthforce Nutritionals Spirulina Manna VeganTabs – Value $15

Spirulina is, of course, a powerful superfood with all kinds of health benefits! My issue here is that you’re supposed to take 15-25 of these tabs per day. That seems like a lot! I’ll give it a try, though.

Gypsy Soul Organics Rosey Yoga Mat Cleaner  – Value $9.99

This is actually a mixture of rose, lavender and peppermint, and it smells wonderful! I think this will be my new go-to mat cleaner.

The Little Red Book of Yoga Wisdom by Kelsie Besaw – Value $10

I love this! I am so happy to get this book! It has a lot of good information on the history and types of yoga, and it gives a comprehensive framework for your practice.

Verdict: This was my fist box from Yogi Surprise, and I’m really impressed! They pack a lot in for the cost! This box has a value of about $71, which is great for a $45 box. I love the book, and I’m excited to try oil pulling! I think I’ll make good use of everything here.

  1. I think the price for the derma e is incorrect. The one I received was smaller than t he 2oz full size. Is that just me?

    • It was just a sample but I don’t think it had a size printed on it. But yeah, not FS for a Derma E product.

  2. I had canceled after my last box ( disappointing) but LOVED this box- I may resubscribe. this was the kind of aryuvedic, cool, funky stuff I was looking for.

  3. Are these full size or sample size products? I’m looking for a new natural box to sign up for…

    • Hi Annabella! They seem to be half size / deluxe samples. Hope that helps!

  4. I didn’t read the directions on the supplement yet. 15-25 does seem like a lot. Nyx takes 29 pills a day and so I have a sense of just how many pills that is.

I like the Pranayums shots but keep forgetting to put them in my smoothies. Probably after I am out I will just mix up the same spices from my kitchen and keep them on hand.

  5. I have was accidentally subscribed for 2 boxes. They have noticed this and corrected it, but I have a 2nd full box exactly like the 1 reviewed. I am going out of town until the 22nd, but I am wondering if anyone is interested in swaping to get the entire box. Chips and all. I have had a hard time not eating the extra bag of the lentil chips! They are delicious!

    • I would be interested in swapping for the entire box. How do I link my swap profile here?
