I just tried to use the coupon code and it says it has expired. Sad. I would have tried it to get $50 off.

This company does have very good customer service. I emailed yesterday and gave my choice for a bag with my quarterly subscription and already heard back from them. Please be aware that there are some items being offered from swap that most likely are not coming from this box…please see new thread I opened in discussions today.

Took a survey on the site for “$20 Store Credit”. Sadly, the code given to me for that does not stack with this, which makes it a coupon and not “credit,” in my opinion — and also makes it pretty much useless, since 5th Avenue Style offers coupons for more than $20 rather frequently.

The actual site shows a limited edition box for $290 so with the $50 coupon $240? Merchandise value supposed to be $750. And also some quarterly boxes that are less. Hard to determine which box the coupon goes with.

Not sure what to think of this sub. I’m on the monthly plan and shipping is ungodly late. It is impossible to calculate values on most of the items. I like to know if I’m getting value for what I’ve paid.
The also refuse to replace or refund damaged items which is a huge turn off and ultimately may lead to me cancelling.

The second part of this comment is completely untrue. I have had a broken item in my box a while back and they replaced it. Granted, it took a while, but they never refused to do it.
