XOXO Pure Mineral Eyeshadow – value: $12
The photo doesn’t show it well, but this shadow definitely has some shimmer/microglitter to it. I was Also impressed with the pigmentation!
Cupid Glitter Pigment – value: $12.50
This is pure glitter. My best advice when applying something like this is use a primer (either a normal one or one designed for glitter pigment – Too Faced has one of those) to pat it on top of or mix it with and pat on. Without that, you really won’t get this to stick or anything.
Here are swatches, with no primer. As you can see, the shadow has some great pigmentation but the glitter really needs something to help it be usable!
Flirt 100% Natural Lip + Cheek Gelee – value $7?
At first this really didn’t have much pigment to it at all! However I think it may have had a waxy top layer or something like that that, once I got through, I was able to pick up more color. Swatching this really didn’t show much of anything but I was happier with the payoff once I got through the top layer for actual application.
Crush Perfume Oil Rollerball – value: $12
According to their website, the notes of this perfume rollerball are Acacia Honey, Nectarine, Peach, Lemon, Green Mandarin, Jasmine, Lily, Ylang Ylang, Cassis, Vetiver, and Musk. It’s definitely a fruity-sweet smell.
Kiss Perfume Oil Rollerball – value: $12
I can’t find this fragrance in their shop to list the notes/description (monthly bag exclusive, probably), but to be honest I can’t really tell a huge difference between the two. This one is also pretty sweet.
Here’s a swatch of the lip and cheek gelee. This took a couple swipes to get, which just shows it’s buildable.
Here’s my face done with their mineral eyeshadow and the lip+cheek gelee on my lips and cheeks.
I think the eyeshadow is really pretty (it’s the main color on my center + inner lid). The gelee still doesn’t have a strong pigment but it’s very natural looking, for sure.
Verdict: If you’re a fan of (loose) natural mineral eyeshadows, or prefer vegan/cruelty-free cosmetics, I think Orglamix would be a good subscription for you to try! The quality of the mineral colors seems nice, and even the lip + cheek color grew on me once I gave it a try for a real application. The value I got this month adds up to about $55 if I were to purchase each item from their shop (except you can’t, because almost everything is an exclusive mix, I think!). For $29, I’m happy.
