This bag is perfect for spring! The flowers are cute and I like the blue shade they picked. These bags are great to put gifts in.

Each Lip Monthly box comes with a card detailing each product inside the bag. It includes prices along with a note from the Lip Monthly team. This month they let us know that they included a new brand called Camilla Cosmetics.

Lipmonthly-March 2016- products1

Camilla Lipstick in #23- FULL SIZE! $14.00

I always like trying new products, so I was excited to see there were two in this month's bag! Although I’m not wild about the color I do like shades that put me out of my comfort zone. This lipstick went on smooth and it is a pretty fuchsia shade. I will keep!

Camilla Lip Gloss in #23- FULL SIZE! $14.00

This lip gloss is the same shade as the Camilla lipstick. I don’t like it solo because it is too sheer and sticky for me. However, it looks nice when you put it over the lipstick for some added shine. I will gift this!

Lipmonthly- March 2016- products2

Ecolips Tinted Balm in Sugar Plum- FULL SIZE! $4.49

This was my favorite item in the bag! It felt like heaven on my lips and had a slight mint tingle. I will definitely use this to help keep my lips moisturized. I also like how it has the perfect subtle shade, not too loud or too sheer. Bonus: it is Fair Trade Certified- woot woot!

Cargo Blush/Bronzer Duo- FULL SIZE! $10.00

This shade of blush is gorgeous but too bright for my olive skin. I wear blush daily but more of a darker shade. The bronzer has the perfect amount of glitter in it and I love the shade. Due to the bronzer this is a keeper and will be perfect for traveling! I couldn't find this exact duo tin on the Cargo website but you can purchase the blush and bronzer separately. Or you can buy a larger tin with blush and bronzer mixed in strips.

Verdict: This month’s Lip Monthly bag was just okay for me. My complaint is that every lip product included was almost the same shade. I did discover a new lip balm- Ecobalm so that was a plus. This bag totals up to $42.49 and that’s a good deal given the price of the bag. I hope next month’s bag fits my taste better!

What do you think about March’s Lip Monthly bag? Did you like the new Camilla Cosmetics brand?

Note from Liz: On reviews of Lip Monthly in the past, several readers had commented that they had billing issues with Lip Monthly. I’ve reached out to Lip Monthly to let them know about the issues and our concern but please keep the issues in mind if you are considering subscribing.

The April spoilers are on their FB page. I was going to sign up, but after reading so many nightmare billing stories, in combination with April’s products, I’m not tempted, even with the first month being $5. I don’t need the hassle.

I used to have lip monthly but cancelled after this march bag, and thats for the reason that it seems all products are made in “P.R.C” – china. Ive always recived the bag and and never been charged extra, which I guess i’ve been lucky with. But is it only me or has the last few bags with lip products been p.r.c made with maybe one out of the 4-5 products been from another country?

I was going to subscribe to this box. I sent an email to them saying I wanted to sub but heard alot of bad things about the company, So I was on the fence. They replied with “who told you those things. Its not true”…. But although some of the products look nice Its not worth the risk of being ripped off. So I have not and will not sub to this box until I start hearing more good things.

I sent 4 emails to cancel and they kept giving me the run around. They are a nightmare!! i had to cancel my credit card because seems like they wanted to stall to charge me again.

I subscribed to this for about 4 months and luckily did not have the billing issues others had. I cancelled when I got the same makeup bag (not the products, just the bag) and it didn’t even have a card explaining the products. I felt like they just threw some stuff into a bag and sent it to me. The products were so hit and miss due to not being able to at least tell them, hey, certain shades of red don’t work on me or probably 35% of your other subscribers. They are still relatively new, so I’m going to wait and see if they improve as I love lip products.

This was also my first month and the same as you said I was disappointed that it was the same shade. I was hoping to have some kind of mixture of lip products with different colors. I’m going to stick it out for one more month to see if it gets better and I hope it does because I love lip products . Also another thing that does scare me about the subscription is I hear so many bad things about it if you look on Facebook or Instagram in the comments there is so many complaints about customer service and people not getting their bags and they don’t help you so I really hope I don’t run into any issues. I receive a lot of subcription boxes and I never ever have problems with customer service. Fingers crossed!!!!

Omg I love that lip color. I wish I subscribed to this box.

That looks like the exact same blush/bronzer from the Allure box. (I won’t be using the bronzer because my face is too pale — I look dirty in bronzer. But I love pretty much all colors of blush.) I don’t get this box but if I did, I would totally wear that lipstick.

I got the blush/bronzer duo in my Allure box too. I actually use the bronzer for my eyes. My eyes are deep-set and hooded so a little bit of shadow toward the outside of my eyes looks great 🙂

The 3free coupon drops the price to $116.55 for the annual subscription. The actual price is $155,

That explains why there was only a two-cent difference per month between the 4 month price and the 12 month price – I thought it was odd!

I’ll wait for another few months, to see how the reviews are.

This sub sucks! They never sent me my bag and customer service was very immature and refused to refund or send me another (probably because it was half off). Will never sub again. Beware newcomers

This month was my first bag. I was disappointed that all of the colors matched as well. I gifted every item except the cargo duo. If April is a bust, I’m cancelling.
