I skipped last months so decided to just give in now. I got the Mani 101 kit which includes the cuticle oil, cuticle pusher, and polish remover, a 3 pack of emery boards, the liquid holographic Ellis polish (now unavailable!), and the Mystery Grab Bag! Hope there’s good stuff in there. I needed to crack down and pick me up some mani essentials instead of collecting all the pretty colors lol

So I signed up and am a Maven now (because I want to shop the secret sale) and it still wont let me in because they haven’t “processed my order” yet. They took the money out of my account so I wish they’d let me into the secret store darnit! Urg.

If by “now” you mean today or this month then that’s why it’s not working. You won’t be able to have access to the secret store until next month’s opening. But if you mean earlier this month, then it might be because your Maven account isn’t old enough. Because right now is for VIP Maven (aka people who’ve been a Maven for 3 months or more, I think). Every other Maven isn’t allowed in the secret store until the 30th of each month.

yep I think I might do the gilt city deal. $50 bucks for 3 month sub plus 3 polishes and 3 make up items as the gift including a lip crayon in the 3.
goodness knows I buy the mystery bags between $25-29 and always add an item or two getting close to the 50. this way other than the gift, I can pick what I want.

I got one of the new konjac facial sponges in my Maven box, but I really needed a new body sponge to go with my shower oil. Looks like the store has a set with the sponge AND and extra bottle of my beloved shower oil for $7 more than just purchasing the sponge right out, so I’m a happy camper.

Gilt City is offering a 3 month Julep subscription and a gift valued at $100. Has anyone tried this offer? It looks like regular price with a bonus gift. I’m trying to decide if I want to take the leap.

That seems like a good deal. The regular deal right now is $59 for three months and the free set of 3 polishes ($45 value) – so $50 for 3 months and a $100 gift is obviously better. I may do it. Thanks!
