Good to Know: They also offer a trial box in multiple sizes, so you can try out their service without commitment (and without having to remember to cancel!).

Also Good to Know: Like almost all subscription boxes, Bow and Arrow does not offer refunds, but they do allow subscribers to do a “do-over” up to two times per year. Send your box back and get a new one for free!

This is a review of the Style Teaser box. When I signed up, I had to fill out the most extensive style and preferences quiz I have ever filled out for a subscription box. Your contents may (and should!) vary.

I’ve never had a top with “sidetails” before, but this little tunic is really flattering! I love a tribal print, too. This is also a great transition piece to spring with its light weight and 3/4 sleeves. I think all my hard work on their style quiz really paid off! This piece is a definite win!

I’m not sure why, but I was a little surprised to get a set of earrings for my second piece. I guess it could be any accessory! I’m not blown away by them, but I can always use more gold studs.

Verdict: I’m pretty impressed with my first package from Bow and Arrow! These items are not listed in their online shop, so I’m not sure about the value, but I’m happy with what I received for the cost. I love this tunic! I’m wearing it right now! Both the earrings and the tunic fit my boho aesthetic, so I feel like they really paid attention to my preferences. I can’t wait to see what I get next month!

What did you get from Bow and Arrow this month?

  1. After reading this review I signed up for Bow and Arrow. Paid for my box and was excited. It’s been about 2 1/2 weeks so I went to their page to check on the status of my box today, see if maybe there was an estimated delivery timeline. Unfortunately, their FAQ, contact us, and many other pages of their site are gone, as well as their Facebook and Instagram. I emailed the customer service address from my email confirmations when I paid for a box that its looking like I will never get. Hopefully this is resolved soon but it’s certainly raising a lot of red flags.

    • Update – They responded to my email saying they are going out of business and I’ll have my box by Thursday (Last Thursday – the 5th). I have requested a tracking number, an update or a refund and have not received a reply. Understandable how difficult it must be to have to close the doors to a business, but I spent money and received nothing for it. Extremely disappointing.

  2. I’m absolutely in love with the trial box concept! But I’m holding myself back until I see two more boxes. I hope. I’m such a box addict I don’t know if I can wait that long!

  3. They have awesome customer service. I just signed up for a trial box. I had sent their customer service and email and heard back from them within an hour. Very impressive.

    • Thank you Shannon for the feedback! We are thrilled to hear that your experience with Bow & Arrow has been great so far. BTW the outfit your stylist has curated is to die for!!!

      • Loved my trial box!! Just signed up for monthly subscription. Thanks for sending such a great outfit.

  4. They also had me at trial box. What a lovely idea! I caved and bought the 5-7 piece option. 🙂

    • Brittany,

BTW, we have recently updated our design, be on the lookout for our new pretty pink packaging at your door very soon!

  5. I really like the idea of a “trial” box! I will definitely be ordering one.

    • Amy,

We can’t wait for you to fall in love with our subscription service. We look forward to styling you very soon!

  6. Thank you so much Anna for your review! We loved styling you and are happy you loved your shirt!
