I was interested in the curated, buuuut I’m going to wait and see if I can get it for $10 AND my regular box. Didn’t pick anything for sample choice because, honestly, the choices sucked. Hoping for better stuff in my box! ^___^

So disappointed the curated was sold out! Can’t wait to become an ace. My preference is always sold out when I get to pick?

Is it bad that I picked a box based on the design & color scheme? 🙂 I picked the curated box just for kicks. I usually don’t do sample choice or curated, but I’m always happy with my box.

Not excited about any of the options! The curated looked like the lesser of the evils…but I missed the timeframe and now it’s sold out. 🙁 I went with the RMS makeup remover wipes. They’re not an exciting option, but I like the fact that it’s a natural brand…and I had absolutely no interest in either of the other options. I’ve been underwhelmed by my last few Birchboxes. If it weren’t for the low pricepoint, I’d cancel straight away. I think I’ll give it a shot for another couple months to see how it plays out. Really hoping to get into Sephora’s PLAY, as it looks way better than BB.

The curated box looks blah, and the sample choices look blah. When in doubt, fill up a box with cheap hair care products.. Yuck.

Really over Birchbox. The points aren’t even worth it anymore.

Yay. I got the curated! Really looking forward to this month’s box! If you get the curated does your box ship quicker? This is the first time I’ve ever picked curated! I love being surprised but the blush got me,

Amanda

I believe so, the one month I got the curated it came by like the 5th or 6th.

I am not an Ace and was able to make my choice just now. I went with the hair mask. I love Birchbox so far, I am a new subscriber since January.
I saw someone else mention a possible Rifle Co. coupon, that would be great. The add on was just not quite discounted enough for me to choose it, but I was quite tempted.

Aces got to pick yesterday. Today it opens up to everyone.

I’ve been meaning to close my second account, but I love the design on both boxes, so chalk me up as another person just suckered in by Rifle paper designs. The curated box was an easy pick for me, as I want to try the dr jart and volumizing spray, know I like Laura Gellar blush, and can always use hand cream and face wash (into the travel bag they go). I went with the makeup remover wipes on the other box as I don’t love the colors on the au naturale pallet and I’m so overloaded on hair masks right now.

Curated on my main account and reactivated my second because I couldn’t decide this month and loved the box designs.

Happy

Curated because I’ve heard great things about the Dr Jart product so it was really the only reason. I do have thin hair so the volume spray is good and I see people like the Laura Geller blush so it was all really for the dr Jart thought. I sacrificed just to get one thing I’m dying to try. Lol most of the time you really only get one good thing anyways. Points are so worth it though and you still might get 2 ok products and 2 what were they thinking products. : )

I’ve been so upset the past few months with the sample choices! I went for the conditioner product (even though I have plenty) only because it was the only one I could see myself using up. The idea for the mini trio is cute, but I hate that pink shade and the product looks so tiny that I think it would be difficult to use. Seriously thinking of unsubscribing and maybe switching to Ipsy or Allure….

Cara

Curated it is because I love that blush and I’m looking forward to trying the cleanser, although I like the design of the pick your sample box better. Is it wrong to want the box for the box and not the contents? 😉

Maribel:)

Ditto, hair mask. I just didn’t love the entire curated box this time so hope I get nice surprises! Lately I’ve had some major box envy 🙂

nana

I went for the conditioner. I’ll use it and it should preclude getting another hair item in the box.

I decided on the curator box! I have been happy lately with reg boxes pay few months

Reply ButtonReply

Dana

How much is the curator box?

Reply ButtonReply

Amanda

It’s $15 on the Birchbox website, but I think if you’re a Birchbox member, it goes down to $10 when I you checkout.

brownie_eyes3\

$10 a month. I meant to write not really happy last few most so went with curator this time

Joyce

I got the curated box.

So confused, I’m an Ace and referred a friend, but still no email to select my choice…. Nor am I able to do so online. Is it because I live in California? Any ideas??

Reply ButtonReply

Faith

I had a similar situation. I contacted them and they were able to get the curated box for me

Reply ButtonReply

Amanda

Looks like the curated box is also currently for sale in the Birchbox shop! Used my points to get it for free.

LillyZ

Me too!!! Two boxes this month 🙂 Love their points system. Excited to try the Dr. Jart/Liftra cream & the Micellar wash in the curated box. But I also want to be surprised by what is in my monthly box, so I opted to not make a selection. We will see.

Ashley Grindstaff

Where did u find it in the bb shop?

Reply ButtonReply

Amanda

Search for “effortlessly elegant”. That’s the name of the curated box:)

Kittie

I didn’t have to invite a friend to see the choices on my second account & I’m not an ace on that 2nd account either & I got to make my selection… Hmm weird. Chose the natural trio set eyeshadow. The curated box didn’t appeal to me. Maybe like 2 items but the rest would’ve been put up for trade & I’m tired of doing that. Hopefully the surprise items are good. Sigh.

Curated box for me this time!

Went for curated again this month and grabbed a full size of the Milk lip product in C.R.E.A.M., was disappointed in the one Rifle choice for add ons.

acidofoliate

I heard there will be a rifle coupon in each box.

BettyK

I just laughed out loud! Your comment popped up under “recents” and all I saw was “rifle coupon” and I was thinking “Now WHAT kind of new sub box is THIS?!?” 😀

Faith

If you invited a friend and aren’t an ACE, do you get access later in the day than ACEs?

Reply ButtonReply

Rebecca

I picked curated for my Ace account but wanted to pick a sample for my non-ace account. Today, on my non-ace account, I invited a friend, and it said I would be able to choose on 3/28 (uhh, that’s today) and that they would send me an email to remind me. No e-mail, and still nobility to choose. Very confused.

Rebecca

No ability* to choose.

My voice recognition is a comedian.

Tiffany

I did the invite a friend option and it let my choose my box today.

Reply ButtonReply

Faith

I used the same email to create another account so maybe that’s why it didn’t let me. Sigh. There’s always tomorrow 🙂

Shellie

Curated for me!

Kaitlyn

This is the first month in a while that I haven’t had my eye on anything in particular. Last month I got the curated box and used everything. This month I think I’m going completely opposite and making it all a surprise!

Reply ButtonReply

Ragan

They have ruined the curated box for me the past few months with items I have no use for (volumizing spray this time…). I am not terribly excited by the sample choices, either. So I am just going to not pick anything and hope for the best — that worked for me last month.
