target-beauty-box-feb-2016-spray

L’Oréal Paris Advanced Hairstyle Boost It Air-Blown Texture Mist - FULL SIZE! Value $4

This spray is designed to give texture and volume to your roots without any stickiness or crunchy hair. I like the scent and the formula is lightweight - I can confirm no stickiness! I didn't get a lot of lift with my hair though - the effect was very subtle.

target-beauty-box-feb-2016-soapbox

SoapBox Coconut Shampoo - 2 oz Value $.75

SoapBox Coconut Conditioner - 2 oz Value $.75

Yay! I love the SoapBox brand! For every bottle sold, a month’s supply of clean water is given to a community in need. I've sampled their soap before, but this coconut shampoo is new. I tried it out last night and I'm a fan. The coconut scent is lovely, and I like that the formula is sulfate and paraben free too!

target-beauty-box-feb-2016-skinfix

Mayfair Soap Foundry sea lily jasmine body crème - 1 oz Value $1.60

This brand is new to me. The formula is paraben and phthalate free, not tested on animals, and made in the US! The lotion absorbs quickly, and the scent is a sweet, floral one. I'm not sure if this fragrance is a good fit for me, but it may be growing on me!

Skinfix Lip Repair Balm - Value $5

SkinFix is one of my favorite drugstore beauty brands! (Their hand cream is the best!) This lip balm is super moisturizing and gives a little sheen - I love it!

target-beauty-box-feb-2016-incoco

Incoco Nail Polish Applique in Second Nature - Value $5

These are nail polish strips that are made with 100% nail polish so they perform better than nail stickers, and you can remove them with nail polish remover. I love the shade I received. This is a great neutral color for me:

target-beauty-box-feb-2016-bb-cushion

Laneige BB Cushion - Value $6.80 (Or $2.27 if you only count the shade that works for you).

This sample includes three different shades:

target-beauty-box-feb-2016-samples

Light, Medium, and Medium Dark. I love that they send out a sample that works for more than one skin tone! Here are the sample BB Cushions:

target-beauty-box-feb-2016-shades

This formula provides a good amount of coverage while still looking like you aren't wearing makeup - I love that aspect of it. My only gripe is that the formula has a perfumed scent, but that fades pretty quickly.

target-beauty-box-feb-2016-poof

EcoTools EcoNet Recycled Bath Sponge - Value $2

Target sends these out pretty frequently - which is a good thing because I really don't see bath sponges in other subscription boxes!

target-beauty-box-feb-2016-cream

Vera Wang Floral Eau De Toilette - 1.2 ml Value $1

Normally I complain about perfume samples in beauty boxes, but Target gets a free pass from me! I can't complain about a $7 box with multiple full-size items!

Derma E Hydrating Night Cream – .5 oz Value $7.40

This isn’t a new discovery for me, but I love this cream. The formula is very moisturizing but still pretty light weight. The only thing I’d change is to make it fragrance-free.

Verdict: This box has a value of about $34 - amazing for a $7 box! Plus, just about everything in this box works great for me - I just love Target Beauty Boxes!

What do you think of the latest Target Beauty Box? Were you able to grab one?

I love trying different products and this Target BB is one of the best for me. The best deal available to satisfy my makeup, skin and hair care, and polish trials PLUS a $3 coupon. Can’t beat that with a stick.

I got 4 boxes – to gift or donate some of the items – and they all have the plain/peach/nude polish and they all have full size “bathery” pouf sponges, not the ecotools. This box is still a good deal but since we just got the Laneige makeup samples last month, and surprisingly, the Skinfix lip balm has petrolatum, this is not the best box I’ve received from then but for $7 I can’t complain!

Maybe this is my subscription box addiction analysis, lol, but people who received nail wrap with design also received mini bath sponge? The nail wrap with designs are $2 more expensive than single-color ones, so maybe they are making the total value fair to everyone. Anyway, I am happy with my box 🙂

Had a rough day today, so I was so happy to see my target bb sitting on the table. Wasn’t sure about the samples when I ordered, but loved them in person. A much needed treat to myself.

I LOVE this box! This was the first Target BB that I actually caught on time. I got the Paparazzi nail wraps (dark pink and Siver glitter ombré-love it). The only bad thing was that the perfume was missing 🙁 the little card was there but there was no ampule. I’m very happy I got the face cream; I received some in another box and that’s almost gone so now I can put off buying more, lol!

Wow! I sent Target an email just letting them know about the missing perfume vial, I wasn’t asking or expecting anything, I was informing them so they can make sure to check the cards before packing the boxes in the future. Well, they wrote back within the hour and told me they would send me a $3 coupon, I said that’s great! 20 minutes later I got another email saying they would just credit my account back $3-which is even better to me, and sure enough, there’s a $3.27 pending deposit in my account 🙂 that’s what I call great customer service!

My perfume vial was about half empty and the shampoo had leaked all over the box. I called in to ask for another shampoo and perfume ONLY – they ended up sending me a whole new box and gave me a $5 gift card. Target knows how to take care of their customers! If you have a problem, I definitely recommend contacting them.

My box was also missing the perfume sample, maybe I’ll send them an email too.

I must be the only one hating this box. My sponge is an ugly blue green and smells like old spoiled makeup that has been sitting under the sink for a few years! My nails wraps are a confetti type print the same color as the sponge. The bb cream came in last months box. Kind of miss the hair ties!

Got my box today! I got grey/blue-ish mini sponge. My nail color is called Paparazzi (I had to look it up, maybe written inside the package?) which is silver and pink glittery ombre design. I will save it for my spring vacation. I will save the sponge for house guests as I usually use cotton clothes because I don’t like the feel of nylon on my skin. The hair spray will be gifted to my sister in law who’s hair is fine and always looking to try new products. The rest will be used up.

I absolutely love everything in my box. Whoever picks these products out to send to us, got me hook, line and sinker. I hope I never miss another one. Thank you so much Target Beauty Box. You have won a repeat customer for sure. 🙂

I got the nail wraps in Brilliant Burst if anyone wants to trade. Looking for a solid color–pretty much any color will do (neutral, coral/pink, etc).

I got a coral color – no idea which one because I couldn’t find a name on it and I just looked at their site and they have about a thousand different varieties of bright prink- but I’d definitely trade you for Brilliant Burst.

Hi Kristina,

I just checked our email records and the Target Beauty Box alert went to your email address on Feb 1st. Maybe check your spam folder to see if it went there? Also, it might help to add [email protected] to your contacts list. The title of the email was, “New Target Beauty Box News On My Subscription Addiction!”

Hope that helps!

I love and will use almost everything in this box, except probably the nail wraps since I bite my nails. Those I will probably give to a friend. Mine were a cool, funky print and I can think of a few friends that would like to try something like that! I am most excited for the hair products and the BB cream. I like that it comes in a few shades. I am very pale right now and will use the light one. As the summer comes into full swing I will probably progress to trying the darker colors. For shampoo and conditioner, these look like great travel sizes; however, I like to alternate different lines with my regular line. Somehow this seems to make it work better and avoid build up from one product on the hair. So I probably won’t be able to resist breaking them out since I don’t have any big trips planned. I like the perfume, sweet but not overwhelming. I am not normally a big lip balm or hand cream user but these products are making me want to try and look like nice products to have on hand in your purse. I have tons of night creams and skin products so this one, despite its good reviews, will get shelved for now until I run out of the others. Overall, I think this box was an awesome value for only $7 with free shipping (and a $3 bonus coupon)!

I was hoping for the nail wraps with a print/design but I just got the one that’s sort of a solid coral/peachy pink color. Kind of ugly… My shower sponge was also an ugly green. Oh well. I’ll still use it, think the box overall was a good deal.

I bought 10% discounted Target gift cards before Xmas so that saved me a little money…

Unfortunately, the cap to the shampoo bottle was unscrewed, so everything was sticky in my box. Luckily most were saved with a wipe-down. Just annoying.

I called on 2 boxes that had that and they simply refunded both of them in about 2 minutes and you don’t have to return anything.

I got the same nail wraps as Liz and like them because I try to keep my nails relatively quiet for professional reasons. Even if I didn’t, that’s an easy swap because they can probably be mailed in an envelope with a regular first class stamp.

I tried the lip balm last night right before bed, which I really liked because my lips were super soft in the morning. It’s not goopy like some of the more Vaseline-y ones, but it’s not blah like regular Chapstick. It’s like the Goldilocks of lip balm.

I haven’t used the night creme or body creme yet, but I did use the bath sponge in the shower this morning. It’s exactly what you’d expect: not exciting. However I needed a new one, so I was happy to get it. I don’t blow out my hair that often, so I’m sure I’ll use the blowout spray, just not right away. I still have the Laneige BB cushion from last month’s box that I haven’t used yet.

Otherwise, I tried the Vera Wang fragrance and liked it, but I hate eau de toilette because it doesn’t last. I sprayed it on my arm to test the fragrance, and less than two hours later I smelled the spot on my arm where I had sprayed it and couldn’t smell any fragrance at all. I probably would have bought a full-size bottle it if it were eau de parfum.

I tried the shampoo and conditioner this morning. My hair isn’t overly dry, but I feel like the shampoo made my hair crispy, and the conditioner did nothing to help. I combed through my hair while rinsing the conditioner, and my hair felt kinky. (I have fine but wavy hair – I think curl type 2B.) I did my usual thing afterwards, using Miss Jessie’s Quick Curls, and my hair is frizzy. It also feels drier than usual. It’s unfortunate because I have things to do and can’t just hide in my office 🙁 I am going to have to give those away, but I still think the box was a great value. Not a home run like some past boxes but still good 🙂

This was my favorite box so far with the exception of the 2014 naturals box before Christmas – what a deal for $7! I hope Walmart takes a cue and starts giving better items too. I got the nail wraps with the blue floral and love them. Whoo hoo for Target! I really don’t need any of the items but love getting this box!

I am in love with the smell of the body cream. Love it. I got the “painted blossoms” nail wraps. I don’t hate it.
Perfect for spring. I have not ever tried wraps before so I am looking forward to it.
The fragrance is a little sweeter smelling than I like initially but wears very well. After a few minutes it softened to a more subtle pleasant floral scent. Might be a keeper.
I love coconut scented anything.
I am currently using derma e that I got from my allure box. i have seen this described as going on thin. I disagree. I think this is at least medium weight lotion, but I do not hate that. Maybe I am just applying it too thick. It stays on the skin without soaking in completely. I still feel it on my skin in the morning. I get the sense that it is holding in the moisture because it doesn’t all absorb into my skin. So far I do not think it is my holy grail night cream but if I didn’t see anything else jumping out at me, I might still purchase it again.
I am continually surprised at the value I get in items that I will actually use up from these Target boxes. Amazing.

Love this box. Will use everything except the hair spray. My shampoo was a little leaky but not much. Got the pretty floral nail strips. Can’t wait to try them. Another winner Target!

Loving this box. It seems like they put a lot of items in this time.

I got the Brilliant Burst nail applique. I usually go for neutrals, but I’m really happy I got this. It will be pretty for Spring.

Target does it again! I only wish I’d gotten 2 boxes. I was trying not to be greedy, but now… 🙂

Target beauty box is one of my favorites and for $7 I cannot believe all the complaints over the nail polish. I didn’t love anything, but what I did is worth it!

Bath sponge – Love it! I needed a new one and have been using this, it has a little exfoliation to it. I got pink.

BB Cushion – I was curious about this. I didn’t like it, so it was good to get the sample to try.

Vera Wang – I’ve received this one before in this box. Not a fan It goes into my sample perfume stash to regift

Derma E moisturizer – this burned my face when I put it on. I use tazorac so that may be why. It’s a good size sample. I don’t this for me going to give to my mom. If you want a further look on what’s in it http://www.paulaschoice.com/beautypedia-skin-care-reviews/by-brand/derma-e/_/Hydrating-Night-Creme-With-Hyaluronic-Acid

Mayfair Body Cream – because of the size of this sample, i’m carrying and using as a hand cream and i like it!

SkinFix – haven’t used it much, but it felt really good going on.

Again, what a great box for $7. Didn’t this used to be $5??

I just love Target boxes! Can’t believe all of this for only $7! I won’t use everything, but will donate or swap the things I won’t use.
I also got the neutral nail strips which I like. Funny bc i also received my Julep secret store order on the same day and ordered Whitney bc I was thinking I needed a good neutral color… it’s almost the exact same color as these strips.

I’m curious if anyone else has had this issue with the Target beauty boxes:
The last 4 orders I have placed for boxes have gone through, order confirmed, tracking numbers sent but the boxes never arrive. When I click on the tracking numbers–they don’t exist and there is nothing to track. Target says they have no idea but I can’t for the life of me figure out why this would only happen to me. Of course, by the time I figure out it isn’t actually coming it’s sold out.
Anyone else?

Yes, this has happened to me with a beauty box and with other Target online orders, especially around the holidays. Every single item, beauty box, included was out of stock and I got a refund. I dislike how they don’t take the initiative to tell you the item will not be delivered and put it on you to contact them to get your money back. This “fake” tracking number issue has come up with other online retailers, too, in the same out of stock situations.

YES! This exact situation happened to me with the two boxes last month, and it’s happened again with this one! My two boxes last month never arrived, and I had to get a refund. I have a feeling this month’s box isn’t going to arrive either. I don’t get it! It’s super frustrating! I really don’t understand what is going on, or where my boxes are ending up! How can they be generating bogus tracking numbers (because they NEVER show up as valid), and what is happening to the actual boxes?

Yes, I’ve had this happen with the tracking numbers with all of my orders but I always eventually receive my boxes (except 1 about a year ago). I always order 2 and they are often separated and arrive days apart.

I’ve had the same exact thing a couple times but have always received my boxes. Twice I have ordered two and one has the same tracking number as the first, but will arrive a few days after. I’ve never not received my box.
