Got the email and the box is on the way .. There was some mid-communication earlier with customer service but the second time around it was clear 🙂

Purchased it on the 28th January thanks to your post .. But haven’t even received a shipping mail although online it says shipped on the same day .. 2 weeks now and still no response finally got through to them on the phone and email and they changed the date of purchase to the 9th feb and once again the box has been marked as shipped with no tracking email .. Is this normal or the way things are with allure .. Please do let me know as this is my first box with them ?

Anyone have trouble with Allure customer service? I signed up sat, the site said card didn’t go thur. Called Bank the money was taken. Now after 3 calls to Allure they can’t find order and can’t tell me if I will get Feb box, they did make clear there is no refunds. Hope the box is better then their customer service.
