I was charged for February bag and have not received any notice when it will be shipped ….please let me know.

I was told that I was on the wait list and would be notified before the Feb.bag shipped. Out of thr blue my package arrived. What a surprise, unfortunately, not a great surprise. I did receive the cute heart bag but the products were such a disappointment after reading all the wonderful possibility of great gifts. I was happy to receive the smash box primer oil,but as a redhead that is over 40, a pink lip pencil and a frosted taupe eyeshadow are useless. I received a lip and hand polish that I like but my last product is a very average eyeshadow blending brush. Sorry, but I consider this month to be a flop for me. I sure don’t feel like this was prepared for my needs. Oh well,better luck next month.

I haven’t received my shipping notice either. You can’t check your account on their page. It usually posts there first. A tracking number.

I just signed up for it and got off the waitlist and thought I could get the Feb bag, but it signed me up for March 🙁 That bag is so cute!! Do they sell leftover bags by any chance?

I just signed up too and was hoping the same thing. Where does it show you’re signed up for the March bag? I have no clue when they are sending mine. I’m not even sure if I’m off the wait list. I never received an email but they’ve charged my account and it says the next time they will charge me is in March. So I’m assuming I’m a subscriber now Lol. I hope you get your February bag!!

I would love the Bye Bye Undereye or the Primer oil. I don’t need anymore nail polish, I already have the Mary Lou-manizer and of course the eyeliner.

You should! When I subscribed and got off the waitlist, I got the next month’s bag! (I subscribed in the middle of the month!) As long as you’re off the waitlist, you should get it, and I’m so excited too!!!

I really hope to get the Smashbox oil, because I would love to try it before buying full size. However I’ll probably end up with the IT under eye product since I’ve already gotten it three other times now. I think they are trying to tell me something. Haha.

I also could have sworn they offered the Mary Lou highlighter a few months ago? I remember back then hoping I didn’t get it because I actually have the full size product. I know we have had a few other samples from The Balm, like eyeshadow and pencil, so maybe I’m mistaken. I just get kind of tired of the repeat products. While I know they are samples and we should just be happy since it’s only $10 but we are still paying regardless. I debate canceling but I do enjoy the service. I wish they would just step it up.

At first glance I thought it was beaded too but if you zoom in on the picture you can tell its actually not. ? Would have been awesome though.

Bag looks cute!! They’re wearing me out with the Trestique brand though. I’ve gotten a few products from them and haven’t liked them. To me, Trestique is the new Be a Bombshell… Something in every bag! ?

the last day of january was the cut off for the february bag, same thing every month. They did release the sneak peak of the bag about a month ago on their snapchat account however.
