ECMSBFEB - 1

Erin Condren (EC) is a online store that specializes in stationary and planning utilities.  You can find everything you need to plan your wedding, teach a semester of school, just keep up with birthdays, meal planning and so much more!  They recently released a 2016 monthly sticker book that I just had to have!!

My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Welcome Kit - Variety Gift Labels - Value: $8.00

Your first order from EC will most likely contain this variety pack of gift labels.  It’s not available for sale on the website, but you can order sets in these patterns.

ECMSBFEB - 10

Quote Post Card - Value: $1.25

“Start Each Day with a Grateful Heart”.

Quote Decorative Label - Value: $.85

“Learn from Yesterday  Live For Today  Hope For Tomorrow”

I would personally classify both of these as part of the Welcome Kit but, they are separate from the pack.  Either way, I like the idea of EC adding in a hefty number of “freebies” for first timers to get a feel of the different products they offer in their online store.

EC Monthly Sticker Book - Value: $15.00

I was so excited to review this sticker book.  The kiddos and I love decorating planners and we go through stickers like crazy.  This book was planned with the EC Planners in mind, but you don’t have to own one to appreciate or utilize these quality stickers.  I didn’t want to spoil the entire book in this review, but every page is beautifully decorated and it’s going to be so hard not to grab stickers from the other months.

I love that each month’s theme matches the corresponding month inside the EC planner. There are a million and three ways to decorate and personalize your planners.  I love that each page is a little bit different.  Some pages come with more of one decorative sticker than others. Every month includes a minimum of 4 washi strips, 3 flags,  two “full box” stickers and a “Month” flag.

Here’s how I used some of the stickers for this week.

Verdict:  The estimated retail value of this box is just over $25.00.  While this may not be a bargain for the asking price, the value is definately there. I’m really loving this sticker book.  I purchase monthly sticker kits on Etsy and the price is right there ( if not less) than many other planner kits.   I wish there were two more pages per month or that EC sent the pages individually before each month began.  I’m very tempted to use all my stickers each week when I sit down to plan!  I also want to point out that the adhesive used in this book is very strong.  You know the way we talk about how the Ipsy bags have a weird smell sometimes? It's like that, but 1000x worse because it’s not going away!  I tried to air it out, and it’s just as strong as the day I got it.  I’m not sure if it’s all coming from the thick bonding glue used to hold the pages together or if it’s partially coming from the ink.  Either way, this book stinks so badly, I don’t carry it with me in my planner.  Besides that, I’m in love.  Every week we sit down with the kids and reflect on the daily reports they get from school and combine it with the activities we did as a family to make notes in William and Abigail’s planners.  After we’ve journalized our activities the kiddos go ham with stickers, markers and washi tapes and decorate their planners and I decorate my EC planner.  It’s a lot of fun for all of us and really helpful to plan forward and to look back at all the things we accomplished.

This looks great, but the shipping though. I signed up for the Planner Addict box instead.

Is this a subscription? Or a review of a random purchase?

Oh sheesh, when I ordered this I thought it was a “monthly” box, but now that I’m looking at the website again after reading your comment, it looks like the variant is “monthly” vs “classic” or “cool for school.”

So, this is a mess-up on my part for misreading. Definitely not the intent to review random products on this site – just boxes!

Thanks for the review… I think I’d like to order this for my sister, but I’m a little confused… Is it one sheet of stickers for each of the 12 months in a year? You only showed a few months, but hopefully there’s stickers for each month included? Or is it a subscription so you only get stickers for one month each order? Thanks!
