HI everyone…just wanted to give a heads up on what Birchbox informed me this morning on the mystery boxes. They do have a variety of boxes, however they are only sending out the November box we are all receiving until that one is completely gone, then they will move on to the next one. The person I talked to didn’t know when that would be. Hopefully everyone that ordered multiple boxes can return/exchange.

The “mystery” box is no longer listed in the bonus shop. Did anyone get anything other than November? That’s all I’ve seen mentioned on blogs and social media – I’m interested if they actually did have a “variety” or if it was always only the November box.

I ordered a mystery box with the $10 in points I had saved up and it arrived yesterday with only 2 items in it 🙁 it was the november box and it was missing everything else! It was a bummer! Now I have to contact Birchbox and try and get a refund or replacement.

What items did people get in the November box that was the mystery box? I’m wondering if everyone got the same or not. It sounds like if you order multiple at the same time, you’ll get multiples of the exact same box. I’m curious if i order two at different times if I might get different contents…

Before I knew all the “mystery” boxes were 90% the same, I placed a second order (2 days later) with a mystery box. I should receive that tomorrow, and will let folks know if anything is different. My guess is it won’t be, but I’d like to be surprised…

But has anyone figured out a way to use less than all of your available points? Like if you have an order totaling $32 and you have 400 points, is there a way to use only 300 points and pay the remaining $2 or are you stuck using all 400 points?
