Dermadeli Calm Chamomile Exfoliating Scrub – Value $21

This is a dry-mix exfoliator that you mix with water to form a paste each time you used it. This is a large container, so I think this should last me months! I found the scrub to be pretty gentle (you can use it daily), and the oats in the formula add a nice comforting scent of oatmeal!

Here it is in powder/dry form:

Balanced Guru Soothe Me Body Oil – Value $20

An all-organic body oil seems like a perfect addition for dry skin winter months! I like the Balanced Guru brand too. This formula is pretty lightweight for an oil, and it has a pleasant, natural scent.

Kiss Me Honey Organic Mint Lip Balm – Value $5

I’m always happy to get more lip balm – and this one has a nice minty flavor too!

Harvey Prince Hello Tall Spray – Value $28

I’m not a big perfume wearer, and I get a lot of Harvey Prince samples thanks to Birchbox, but I do like this scent. I’m not sure I’d wear it enough to ever get through this whole bottle, though, so it may be gifted or swapped.

Verdict: I thought this was a great month for Kloverbox! The value is great (about $74), and I like the variety of items too. What do you think of the December Kloverbox?

  1. Anyone have issues with late shipments? My Dec box still hasn’t shipped and I never heard back from customer service after emailing them several weeks ago. I even posted on Twitter to get help, but nothing. Anyone know a trick to get them to respond?

    • My December box arrived on 12/28, and I’m still waiting on a shipping notice for January. Did you have a six-month sub that expired? (The website says they automatically renew, but they don’t.)

In terms of contacting them, try sending a message directly through Facebook. I’ve used that in the past when a response to my email was delayed, and got a response within an hour.

      • Has anyone received the January box? I haven’t received a shipping notice nor got a response from their facebook page.

        • I sent them an email a couple days ago and they said they were later than normal with the Jan. shipment. Got a shipping notice today.

  2. If I signed up now, would I get this box or the January?

    • This is the December box (Kloverbox always ships last part of the month) so you for sure would not get this one. I think if you sign up in January, you’ll actually get the Feb box… but I’d check out the other Kloverbox reviews bc I think the question has been asked before. Or their FAQ page.
I signed up for a few subs over the holidays and can’t remember all the details but my first box was Dec and I think I signed up in Nov (Black Friday deal? I think)

  3. I like that Kloverbox brought to our attention the story of how Harvey Prince was started. It is a really sweet story.which makes me like the company more.

  4. Comment

  5. Is there a beauty box that has NEVER handed out Harvey Prince Hello? Does such an animal exist? LOL

    • Haha, I would sign up for that.

(Olfactif probably wouldn’t send Harvey Prince anything.)

  6. I like this box, not my favorite (nothing will ever compare to the one last fall with OLO skin savior). I haven’t used the scrub yet, but have been using the body oil and lip balm daily. I’ve used the perfume a couple times, I’m not a huge perfume person but use it a few times a week. It’s unfortunate that HP had been so over done in other boxes, but at least this one is a decent size.

What was the spoiler that they weren’t able to include? I read somewhere that they weren’t able to include the one spoiler that had been released bc of delayed shipping? I don’t remember seeing a spoiler, but December was a very very busy month 🙂

  7. Not anything I would use, so I’m glad I didn’t sub.

  8. This was my 2nd box with Kloverbox, January will be the last of my three month sub and I probably won’t renew it. While the value was great this month, I’m so sick of Harvey Prince perfume. And I don’t think the boxes are as great as they were before I subscribed.

  9. I know the value was higher this month, but I really preferred November’s box, with the MudLove bracelet, Timmy’s toner, glass bottle, and Meraki deodorant. This month’s body oil and lip balm are great, but I’m not fond of the cleanser (not finely ground enough for me), or perfume. Regardless, I still love this sub!
