Doodle Crate Subscription Box Review + Coupon December 2015 - booklet

This month's project is a screen printed backpack!  This is the booklet that came in our box this month.  I've started doing Doodle Crate with my seven-year-old lately because he has a lot more interest and passion for the visual arts.  I'm happy to encourage him - he's pretty talented for his age, too!

Here's a peek inside the booklet at the instructions.  The instructions were clear and well illustrated, so they were easy for my son to follow.

These are all the supplies that were included for this month's project.  Everything we needed was included except water and tape.

Doodle Crate included several different stencils and a piece of cardboard to try the screen printing process first and get a feel for it.  I'm glad they did!  We didn't make any feet for this little dog!

This is my son's completed backpack, and it turned out great!  I also think it's really funny that he picked out the two "cool" stencils and just slapped them on there together.

VerdictDoodle Crate is awesome!  My son and I are really enjoying working on these projects together.  And so far, all of the completed projects we've made from Doodle Crate are things that are not just fun to make, but also awesome to have.  They also make great gifts, as we found out last month!  With all Kiwi Crate products, I am consistently amazed by the quality of the materials and the overall value, and Doodle Crate is no exception.
