Scentbird For Men Subscription Box Review December 2015 - 3

Scentbird includes a twist up perfume atomizer with your first shipment.  You can order additional atomizers on their website for an additional fee.  You're supposed to be able to pull each glass vial out of the atomizer to replace it each month.  I can't figure it out...which might be because I'm too tired to think!

January's cologne of the month is Eau de Cartier Concentree.  Scentbird describes the fragrance as astonishing freshness with a green, leafy nature.  The vibrant and inherently masculine combination of green leaves, nutmeg, amber, patchouli, and musk provide a sense of well-being and pleasure.

This month, I chose Armani Code for my monthly cologne.  It's my husband's go to scent, so I figured we would start with that one!

The Verdict:  This is my first month with Scentbird, and I was excited to get the first shipment!  The atomizer seems like it is great quality, if I could ever get it open to swap it out.  As far as value goes, I think it definitely breaks even this first month, and it will be dependent on the cologne you choose in your queue.  I'm excited to continue with this subscription so we can try out a few new men's colognes!

Bekki first discovered subscription boxes in 2014 and they quickly took over her life! (Not quite, but pretty close.) She started with POPSUGAR Must Have, then moved to Little Lace Box, Birchbox, Hamptons Lane...the rest was history. Her favorite product find is Beekman 1802 Fudge (so, so good) and her favorite boxes are Birchbox and Hamptons Lane...but she's always looking for a new subscription to try!

Love it, I have been on this subscription for 1 year and if you want to try a perfume you see in a magazine or your not sure before you buy a huge bottle this is your site. I get complicated all the time without having to spend so much money. Just perfect.

Can you switch your selection from men’s to women’s month to month? I might consider it then (like sharing a sub with the DH) I don’t want one every month.

To swap out a new one, have the case open (like how you have it in your last photo), and then pull outward (not twisting) on the silver lid. It should slide out with just a little resistance. Took me a few minutes to figure out too. I thought it required twisting, but it’s just a pulling action (and then push the new one in and twist close).

Thank you for your help!! I’ve tried that, and the sprayer part of the bottle just pops off. It’s probably an issue with the bottle itself. I haven’t played with it too much, but I’m sure I’ll get it out!
