Extended for one more day!! The Birchbox Black Friday sale is good through December 1st! Birchbox Aces can use coupon code ACEDIT to save 30% off EVERYTHING at Birchbox.com, and everyone else can use coupon code PARTYON to save 25% off on purchases of $35 or more.

(And don’t forget to add your free mystery sample pack on orders over $35!)

This deal works on subscriptions and gift subscriptions too – it looks like it will be the best discount of the year – so I recommend using it to grab an annual subscription if you were thinking about it!

(Check out our reviews of Birchbox and our reviews of Birchbox Man to learn more about these subscriptions).

Full Details: Order subtotal must be $35 or greater to qualify; e-gift cards do not qualify for this offer or contribute to subtotal eligibility. Offer cannot be combined with other codes. Offer available through December 1, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

I really wanted to get a 3-month gift card for a gift for a friend, but they are still sold out. I have been checking every day :(. I suppose I could do it online, but really prefer the card, in case she comes up with some other idea and then I can give it to someone else or use it myself.

A couple of notes about gift subscriptions:

-You can pay for them with points, so it’s a great way to use your points for your own subscription.

– All gift subscriptions start with a “customer favorites” box rather than the box of the month you expect. To me, it looked just like a random box of past samples (including the past month’s featured sample).

– If you give the gift subscription to an existing account, and that account had already reviewed one of the items in the customer favorites box, they won’t be able to review them again. However, you can contact customer service to get a point adjustment.

– Birchbox now offers the choice of buying a gift subscription and specifying who it’s going to and when it starts, or buying a gift subscription card. I think the latter gives you more flexibility.
