I received my limited edition glossy box a few days ago. The box is great. The was on the fence about the Nuxe oil since it seem to have an intense scent but I put it on as an all over body oil and it worked great. The scent fades after a bit so it’s not too intense. I am very happy with the box. I am very excited to try the palette – hopefully it looks as good one me as it does in the palette.

Hello! Has anybody received their Holiday box, bought through the Gilt City deal, yet?? I received my free November box right away, about 2 weeks ago, but still no Holiday box or a tracking email 🙁 I’m getting a little worried and anxious, was so excited to get the Holiday box…

I just received mine and its a really gorgeous box. I was really impressed with everything for $30 and all being full sized. The palette is stunning and I love the polish color and Nuxe oil. 🙂

I never saw last year’s box so I had no preconceived notions about this box and I think it’s pretty awesome. There is definitely a rose-gold theme going on with this one and I love rose-gold. The box itself is a beauty, worth of display. This Aerin palette is possibly the most beautiful shadow palette I’ve ever seen. Beautiful compact in a pale, rosy drawstring bag. It feels very luxe. I’ve never tried this brand and the colors look like a pale wash of shades that would complement most skin tones. The card suggests swirling a brush across the entire palette and using it to highlight your eyes and cheeks so I believe this is intended to be a soft finishing wash of color, not necessarily an eye shadow kit. The Nuxe dry oil is a huge glass spray bottle – I have a few Nuxe oils but nothing this big or with a sprayer! Again, it feels luxe. I recently found some damage in sections of my hair, possibly from over-processing though it’s really a mystery to me. I spritzed on some Nuxe and combed it through. It smells wonderful and I can see this really helping the texture lay flat while I grow out the damage. I swatched the modster and was impressed with the staying power so I hope it works that well on my eyes. It’s also very smudge-able so I think this will be a keeper. The lip gloss is a trip with that led light that comes on when you unscrew the cap! It’s a very pale wash of somewhat glittery pink. I can see this amping up any shade of lipstick at all when you have a favorite that needs a little holiday sparkle on top. The nail polish is again a hint of rose-gold, a warm glittery shade. For me, it’s too glitzy for everyday but will be so perfect for the holidays! Can’t tell you a thing about the mascara as I have somehow accumulated quite a backlog of full size mascaras lately and this one will just have to wait it’s turn! Overall, I think this box is great and very holiday-appropriate!

Just got my box today – I was not really excited when I saw the spoilers but opening it in person was exciting. Everything is full sized and I love the colors. The Aerin palette looks very high end and am excited to try it. For $30, I think this is a really gorgeous box and a great deal!

I just got mine today, and I love it. All the items are full size, and the Nuxe oil is huge! 100 ml. The mascara is also big and I’m excited to try it, says it washes off with water. I think the Aerin palette is really gorgeous in person, and that’s a pretty high end brand so I’m happy. Love the gloss, love the polish, and even though I don’t use eyeliner this one looks like it would go on super smooth. This is the first time I have gotten a limited edition box, so for me it’s a great experience, especially because I was able to get it for $30. Yay!

It’s worth the $30 I paid for it, but doesn’t look like anything very special. I’m not sure those colors will go well with my (or many people’s) complexion. It seems rather silly the palette is selling for $70.

I used my code from my October box and it worked. By the time I got my October box, the sale was no longer on. But the card said the code is only for one time use.
